This document serves as a quick start guide for the STMicroelectronics X-NUCLEO-53L5A1, an expansion board designed to integrate the VL53L5CX Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor. This sensor provides 8x8 multizone ranging capabilities with a wide field of view.
The expansion board is built around the VL53L5CX sensor, leveraging ST's patented FlightSense™ technology. It is engineered to interface seamlessly with the STM32 Nucleo development board via an I2C link, utilizing the Arduino Uno R3 connector.
