LED Light Not Working?

Plug the smaller side of the cord into the charging port on the right side of the frame (as worn) and charge for 40 minutes until the red light turns green. If the LED light is faulty, please contact Vision Aid at info@visionaidmagnifier.com for a FREE replacement.

How to Use the Strap?

Press the buttons on the sides of the arms to release the regular temples. To reattach, wrap a piece of soft fabric on a small spoon handle and press the buttons harder until they click into place.

Lenses Are Falling Off?

Place the lens into the black lens holder correctly: the arch side should be away from your face. You should hear a click sound once the lens is firmly clipped into the black lens holder.

Lens Case Is Not Closing?

Put each lens into the correct place. Match the 'X' power marks on the lens with the corresponding marks inside the lens case. Ensure the lens with the arch side is facing towards the back of the case.

Nose Pieces Are Hurting?

Use the extra nose pads included in the set to make the nose pieces more comfortable. For a more secure fit, unscrew the nose pieces and use the headband.

Don't Fit Over Eyeglasses?

Place the nose pieces behind your eyeglasses. The Vision Aid magnifier should rest on your forehead, on top of your eyeglasses. Detach the regular arms and use the headband for a more comfortable fit.

Safety Precautions

1. Do not leave or use the magnifying glasses in direct sunlight to avoid causing fire.
2. Do not use the magnifying glasses to observe the sun, as this can cause eye damage.
3. Clean the lenses with a soft cloth.
4. Lenses can also be cleaned with a small amount of detergent and a wet cloth.
5. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, or other chemical liquids to wipe the lenses.
6. Do not use the magnifying glasses while driving.
7. Keep away from small parts, as they can cause a choking hazard.
8. Do not use the LED Light while charging.
