How to Use
Basic Operations
- Power On: When you take the earbuds out of the charging case, they will automatically power on. Alternatively, press and hold the [MFB] button for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Place earbuds back into the charging case (ensure case is powered) for automatic power off. Alternatively, press and hold the [MFB] button on either earphone for 9 seconds.
- Toggle ANC/Transparency Modes: Press either [MFB] button twice to cycle through modes (ANC On, Transparency On, ANC Off).
- Play/Pause: Press the [MFB] button once. Music will also pause automatically when earbuds are removed from your ear.
- Previous Track: Press and hold the [Volume -] button for 2 seconds.
- Next Track: Press and hold the [Volume +] button for 2 seconds.
- Volume Up: Press [Volume +].
- Volume Down: Press [Volume -].
Phone Calls
- Answer Call: Press either [MFB] button once. (The first call will be placed on hold if answering while on another call).
- Reject Call: Press and hold either [MFB] button twice.
- End Call: Press either [MFB] button once.
Voice Assistant
Activating Phone Assistant: Press either [MFB] button three times. (This function does not work during a call).
Pairing
First-time Pairing: Remove the earbuds from the case; they will automatically enter Bluetooth® pairing mode. If earbuds are disconnected from a device, they will enter pairing mode automatically. If already connected, press the [MFB] button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode.
Connecting to a Device:
- Go to the "Bluetooth" settings on your device (Phone, Tablet, etc.).
- Turn Bluetooth® ON.
- Open the case and remove the earbuds. Ensure they are not already paired to another device.
- On your device, select "Monster DNA Fit" from the list of available devices.
Troubleshooting Tip: If earphones do not connect, turn them OFF, turn your device's Bluetooth® OFF and then back ON, and repeat the pairing process.
Factory Reset
Place both earbuds in the case. Press and hold the "Charging Case" Button for 15 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and green. The LEDs will flash red and green three times, restoring factory settings. After reset, delete the "Monster DNA Fit" device from your phone's Bluetooth list.
Charging
Charging the Case
Connect the USB-C™ charging cable to the charging case and plug into a standard USB-C™ 5V/1A output. A full charge via a wireless charger pad takes approximately 2.5 hours.
Warning: To avoid damage, use only a 5V/1A charger.
Charging the Earphones
Place the earbuds into the case. The earbud LED will pulse white. LEDs turn off when fully charged. The case LED does not operate while charging the earbuds.
Note: Before first use, fully charge the battery (approx. 1 hour). The earphones can only be used with the provided charging case.
Checking the Case's Battery Level
Open the case and press the case's button once:
- 0-10%: Red LED flashing
- 10%-50%: Red LED pulses for 5 seconds
- 50%-99%: Green LED pulses for 5 seconds
- 100%: Green LED solid for 10 seconds
LED Indicator Guide
- Green Light: Pulses above 50% charge, solid green at 100%.
- Red Light: Pulses below 50% power, flashes red below 10%.
Troubleshooting & Tips
- Earbuds automatically reconnect to your device when removed from the case, provided the device is nearby and Bluetooth is enabled.
- For optimal Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), ensure ear tips fit snugly. Multiple ear tip sizes are included for best fit.
- If either the left or right earbud disconnects, place both earbuds back into the charging case to reset them.
