Note: This product supports IP67 waterproof rating for rain and hand washing. It is not suitable for hot baths, saunas, or protection against steam. The warranty does not cover water damage due to improper use.

TP Touch Gesture Function Description

• Key with knob: Press and hold for 4 seconds to switch on/off. Short press on any page to return to the dial. Short press on the dial page to turn off the screen. Rotate the button to switch the dial.
• Touch gesture: Slide up on the standby page to enter the information page. Slide down to enter the control center. Slide left and right on the standby page to cycle through exercise rings, weather, heart rate, sleep monitoring, and music control.

Watch to Phone Connection

Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on. The watch's factory language is English, but the mobile app language synchronizes automatically.

Supported App Languages: Android and iOS support Simplified Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, German, Dutch, Turkish, Malay, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Arabic, Italian, Thai.

Download App: Scan the QR code to download and install the "FitPro" client app for iOS/Android.

Watch Charging and Activation

Ensure the watch has sufficient power. If not, connect the charger. Use the supplied magnetic charger by attaching it to the metal contacts on the back of the watch. Connect the other end to a USB charging head or computer USB port.

App Functions and Settings

• Personal Information: Set gender, age, height, weight, and distance goals in settings.
• Application Push: Enable this function to receive notifications from apps like WeChat, QQ, and Facebook on the watch. The app requires system notification permissions.
• Other Functions: Enable vibration for calls, messages, and other reminders. If disabled, only screen reminders will appear.
• Raise to Light Up Screen: Enable this function to light up the screen by lifting your wrist.
• Device Reset: Clears all data on the watch.
• Remove Equipment: Clears data and removes the device from the app.

Main Features

• Sleep Monitoring: Automatically detects deep sleep, light sleep, and wakefulness. Sleep data can be viewed in the app.
• Weather Information: Displays current weather, air quality, and tomorrow's forecast when connected to the app.
• Find Bracelet: Vibrate the watch by selecting this option in the app (requires connection).
• Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen: Measure these vitals on the watch. Detailed data is available in the app.
• Pedometer: Tracks daily steps, calories burned, and distance. Data resets daily.
• Exercise Modes: Includes walking, running, cycling, basketball, football, badminton, jump rope, and swimming. More detailed analysis is available in the app.
• Message Push: View recent notification messages from the app.
• Camera Controls: Remotely control your phone's camera via the watch (shake/touch the watch to take a photo after a 3-second countdown).
• Music Control: Control music playback (previous/next song, play/pause) from the watch.
• Stopwatch: Standard stopwatch functionality (start, pause, reset).
• Smart Alarm Clock: Set up to 8 alarms that sync with the watch. Supports offline alarms.
• Sedentary Reminder: Reminds you to move if you have been inactive for a set period.
• Do Not Disturb Mode: Set a time period to silence notification messages on the watch.

Why do blood pressure values deviate from a blood pressure monitor? Sphygmomanometers measure the brachial artery, while watches measure micro-arteries. Simultaneous use can cause pressure differences leading to deviations.

Why should I not wear my watch in a hot bath? High temperatures and steam can penetrate the watch casing, causing short circuits and damage to internal components.

Common Troubleshooting

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the power button is pressed for over 3 seconds. Charge the device if the battery is low.
• Watch not charging: Check if the charging contacts are clean and the charger is properly connected. The charging interface may only appear when the battery is charged.
• Software issues: Try restoring factory settings.

Warranty Description

The product includes a one-year warranty for the motherboard and a six-month warranty for the battery and charger from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing, material, and design defects.

Warranty is void for:

• Unauthorized disassembly or modification.
• Damage from accidental drops.
• Human damage, third-party faults, or misuse (e.g., water ingress, external shocks, scratches).

A warranty card with the purchase date and stamp is required for warranty claims.
