Troubleshooting
If your keyboard and mouse are not working correctly, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verify the orientation of the batteries in both the keyboard and mouse, or replace the batteries.
- Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a computer USB port. If possible, try moving the USB receiver to a USB port that is closer to the keyboard and mouse.
- If the USB receiver is connected via a USB hub, try plugging it directly into your computer's USB port.
- Remove any metallic objects situated between the receiver and the keyboard/mouse, as these might interfere with the wireless signal.
- Test the mouse on a different surface to rule out surface-related issues.
- Restart your computer.
If the problem persists after trying these steps, you can download the Reconnection Utility from Logitech's support website: http://www.logitech.com/connect_utility.
