Its compact nature and optional battery power function make it an ideal tool for mobile hearing care professionals. The Model 240 is designed for ease of use, requiring minimal training due to its intuitive design and dedicated key layout, enabling immediate and effortless hearing loss diagnosis.
Data Management
The Model 240 features an internal memory function, allowing test results to be printed immediately or saved for future processing using the supplied Amplisuite software. It also offers single-click integration with third-party Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems such as NOAH and OtoAccess®, facilitating seamless data transfer and enhancing workflow efficiency.
Portability
This instrument is lightweight and comes with a custom protective case. With the optional battery power function, it offers complete portability. It can be used for desktop or mobile use and is supported by a 3-year warranty, ensuring reliability.
Test Options
The Model 240 supports clinical standards testing in any location. It offers a frequency range from 125 to 8000 Hz and an attenuation range from -10 to 120 dBHL. It includes manual pulse tone options and an integrated talk-over function. The inclusion of air, bone conduction, and masking capabilities helps differentiate between conductive and sensorineural hearing loss.
For extended functionality, the Model 240 can be configured with dual transducer options, including insert earphones and standard TDH transducers.

Amplisuite Software
Amplisuite is an audiometry and tympanometry software application that allows for easy results download, processing, and management. It includes useful counselling tools such as speech bananas. Providing Auditbase and NOAH integration, Amplisuite empowers hearing care professionals to review audiological test data and support their patients effectively. Amplisuite is also available as a free stand-alone software option.
