Dear customer
This multi sander is intended for dry sanding. It can be used for grinding flat wood, metal, or filler surfaces, for stripping rust or paint and for sanding basecoat. Please familiarize yourself with the proper usage of the device by reading and following each chapter of this manual, in the order presented. Keep these operating instructions for further reference.

Battery and charger not included! The battery is available separately under art. No: 7062517 (2Ah), 7062518 (4Ah) or 7063735 (5Ah). The charger is available separately under art. No: 7063630 (1,65A), 7063688 (2,4A), 7062519 (3A) and 7063554 (4A). These items are available online and in participating stores.
1. Explanation of the symbols
The following symbols are used in the user manual or on the product:
Warning! To reduce the risk of injury, the user must read the instruction manual.
Denotes risk of personal injury, loss of life or damage to the tool in case of non-observance of the instructions in this manual.
Always wear hearing protection. The effects of noise can cause hearing loss.
Wear a dust mask. When working with wood and other materials, harmful dust may be generated. Work with asbestos containing materials is not permitted!
Wear safety glasses. When working with electric power tools, sparks, splinters, chips and dust particles may be generated and these can cause loss of sight.

CE stands for "Conformité Européenne", which means "In accordance with EU Regulations". With the CE marking, the manufacturer confirms that this Electric tool complies with the applicable European directives.
Do not dispose of electric power tools with domestic refuse.
2. Additional safety warnings for sanders
Contact with or inhalation of dust coming free during use (e.g. leadpainted surfaces, wood and metal) can endanger your health and the health of bystanders. Always wear appropriate protective equipment, such as a dust mask. Always use proper dust extraction during use.
· Do not work materials containing asbestos. Asbestos is considered carcinogenic.
· Do not use the machine for sanding magnesium workpieces.
· Wear safety goggles. Wear hearing protection. If necessary, use other protective means, such as safety gloves, safety shoes, etc.
· Be very careful when sanding painted surfaces.
· Before use, remove all nails and other metal objects from the workpiece.
· Make sure that the workpiece is properly supported or fixed.
· Only use sanding paper that is suitable for use with the machine.
· Only use sanding paper with the correct dimensions. Make sure that the sanding paper is properly mounted.
· Inspect the sanding paper before each use. Do not use sanding paper that is worn because of prolonged use.
· Never put the machine down on a table or a workbench before it has been switched off.

3. Before the first use
Remove the machine and all accessories from the package. Keep the packaging materials out of the reach of small children. There is a danger of suffocation!
4. Contents of packing

5. Intended use
The multi sander is intended for sanding wood, plastic, stone, composites, paint, filler, and similar materials. Metal and materials containing asbestos must not be worked with the multi sander. The multi sander is only intended for dry sanding.
6. Selecting the sanding paper
· Always use abrasive papers suited to the material you want to sand. The papers must have the correct grain size. The grain is either Corundum or silicon carbide.
· Depending on grain size there are degrees of coarseness. The coarseness is specified by a number on the back of the papers. The higher the number is, the finer the grain.
· It is important to use the right paper for each job. For rough sanding use grain sizes up to 80, for soft wood as larch, pine or spruce use papers from 120 to 150. For dense hardwood as beech or maple, the grain sizes up to 220 can be used.
7. Attaching the sanding paper
Choose the sanding paper according to the material being worked. 7.1 Attach the sanding paper to the sanding
plate (7) and make sure the holes on the sanding paper fit with the openings on the base plate. Only this way the sanding dust can be extracted through the built-in dust removal in the sanding plate. 7.2 Firmly press the sanding paper down on the sanding plate.

8. Assembling/Disassembling/ Emptying the dust collection box
Always use the dust collection box (4) when sanding.
8.1 Place the dust collection box onto the provided dust collection flange (5). Push the connection piece into the flange and turn it clockwise until it locks into place.
8.2 To remove the dust collection box, turn the connection piece counter clockwise and pull it out of the flange. Preferably clean the dust collection box and the exhaust connection in the housing after each use. By doing this the dust collection box can be easily inserted and removed.
8.3 For emptying the dust collection box, just tap out or, if available, clean with compressed air.
9. ON/OFF switch
9.1 Insert the battery into the battery recess.
9.2 To turn the machine on, set the ON/OFF switch (1) to I. To turn the machine off, set the ON/OFF switch to O.
10. Sanding
· Apply only moderate pressure on the machine. Too much pressure will lead to jamming of the mechanism and will spoil the result. Excessive pressure will overheat the machine.
· Always select abrasive paper with coarseness suited the condition of the surface.
· Use finer papers in the consecutive sanding until the desired smoothness is reached. If you desire a very smooth finish you may slightly moisten the surface before the last sanding. This will slightly swell the fibres and allow a smoother finish.
11. Cleaning and Maintenance
11.1 Cleaning · Remove the battery before undertaking
any cleaning or maintenance work.
· Keep safety devices, ventilation openings and the motor housing as free as possible from dirt and dust. Rub the electric

power tool with a clean cloth or blow over it with low pressure compressed air.
· We recommend that you clean your electric power tool immediately after each use.
· Clean the electric power tool regularly with a damp cloth and somewhat soft soap. Do not use any cleaning or solvent materials; these can attack the device's plastic components. Make sure that no water can get inside the electric power tool.

12.1 Vibration level
The vibration emission level stated in this instruction manual has been measured in accordance with a standardised test given in EN 60745; it may be used to compare one tool with another and as a preliminary assessment of exposure to vibration when using the tool for the applications mentioned
· using the tool for different applications, or with different or poorly maintained accessories, may significantly increase the exposure level
· the times when the tool is switched off or when it is running but not actually doing the job, may significantly reduce the exposure level
Protect yourself against the effects of vibration by maintaining the tool and its accessories, keeping your hands warm, and organizing your work patterns.

13. Disposal
Do not dispose of electric power tools with domestic refuse. The electric power tool is shipped in packaging to reduce transport damage. This packaging is a raw material and as such can either be reused or can be fed back into the raw material cycle. The electric power tool and its accessories are made from various materials such as metals and plastics. Take defective components to a special refuse collection point. Ask about these at your specialist shop or local council. 13.1 Batteries Think of the environment when disposing of batteries. Contact your local authorities to find out where your nearest disposal area is. Do not dispose of batteries with domestic refuse. Do not dispose of by burning, risk of explosion.

2. Zusätzliche Sicherheitshinweise für Schleifer
Der Kontakt oder das Einatmen von Staub, der beim Gebrauch frei wird (z.B. mit bleihaltiger Farbe lackierte Oberflächen, Holz und Metall) kann Ihre eigene Gesundheit sowie die Gesundheit Anderer gefährden. Tragen Sie stets Schutzausrüstung, z.B. eine Staubmaske. Verwenden Sie beim Gebrauch stets eine entsprechende Staubabsaugung.
· Bearbeiten Sie keine asbesthaltigen Materialien. Asbest wird als krebserregend eingestuft.
· Verwenden Sie die Maschine nicht zum Schleifen von Werkstücken aus Magnesium.
· Tragen Sie eine Schutzbrille. Tragen Sie einen Gehörschutz. Verwenden Sie ggf. weitere Schutzmittel wie beispielsweise Schutzhandschuhe, Sicherheitsschuhe, usw.
· Gehen Sie beim Schleifen von lackierten Oberflächen äußerst vorsichtig vor.
· Entfernen Sie vor dem Gebrauch alle Nägel und sonstigen Metallgegenstände aus dem Werkstück.
· Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Werkstück richtig gestützt bzw. fixiert ist.
· Verwenden Sie nur Schleifpapier, das für den Gebrauch mit der Maschine geeignet sind.

· Überprüfen Sie das Schleifpapier vor jedem Gebrauch. Verwenden Sie kein verschlissenes Schleifpapier, um es dadurch länger verwenden zu können.
· Legen Sie die Maschine niemals auf einem Tisch oder einer Werkbank ab, bevor sie nicht abgeschaltet wurde.
3. Vor der ersten Benutzung
Nehmen Sie das Gerät und alle Zubehörteile aus der Verpackung. Halten Sie die Verpackungsmaterialien von Kleinkindern fern. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
4. Verpackungsinhalt

5. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Der Multischleifer ist vorgesehen zum Schleifen von Holz, Kunststoff, Stein, Verbundwerkstoffen, Farben/Lacke, Spachtelmasse und ähnlichen Werkstoffen. Metall und asbesthaltige Werkstoffe dürfen nicht mit dem Multischleifer bearbeitet werden. Der Multischleifer darf nur für Trockenschliff verwendet werden.
6. Schleifpapier auswählen
· Wählen Sie immer ein Schleifpapier aus, das für das zu schleifende Material geeignet ist und auch die passende Körnung besitzt. Die Körner sind aus Elektrokorund oder Siliziumkarbid.
· Je nachdem wie groß die Schleifkörner sind, unterscheidet man gröbere von feineren Körnungen. Die Körnung ist durch eine Zahl auf der Rückseite des Schleifpapiers angegeben. Je größer die Zahl ist, desto feiner ist die Körnung.
· Eine Körnung bis 80 benutzt man für Grobschliffe, bei Weichhölzern wie Lärche, Kiefer oder Fichte verwenden Sie 120er bis 150er Papier. Für feinporiges Laubholz wie Buche oder Ahorn können Sie Papier bis zur Stärke 220 verwenden.

7. Anbringen des Schleifpapiers
Wählen Sie das Schleifpapier entsprechend dem zu bearbeitenden Material.
7.1 Legen Sie das Schleifpapier so auf die Schleifplatte (7), dass die Öffnungen im Schleifpapier mit den Öffnungen des Schleiftellers übereinstimmen. Nur so kann der Schleifstaub durch die Absaugkanäle in der Schleifplatte direkt abgesaugt werden.
7.2 Drücken Sie das Schleifpapier auf der gesamten Fläche fest an.
8. Staubfangbehälter montieren/ abnehmen/entleeren
Verwenden Sie in jedem Fall bei allen Arbeiten den Staubfangbehälter (4).
8.1 Setzen Sie den Staubfangbehälter in den Flansch (5). Drehen Sie das Anschlussstück im Uhrzeigersinn, bis es fest sitzt.
8.2 Zum Abnehmen drehen Sie das Anschlussstück gegen den Uhrzeigersinn und ziehen es ab. Reinigen Sie am besten bei jeder Entnahme des Staubfangbehälters auch den Flansch. Somit lässt sich der Staubfangbehälter besser einstecken und abnehmen.
8.3 Zum Entleeren klopfen Sie den Staubfangbehälter aus oder reinigen Sie ihn, falls vorhanden, mit Druckluft.
9. EIN/AUS-Schalter
9.1 Setzen Sie den Akku in die Akkuaufnahme.
9.2 Kippen Sie zum Einschalten der Maschine den EIN/AUS-Schalter (1) auf die Position I. Zum Ausschalten kippen Sie den Schalter auf die Position O.
10. Schleifen
10.1 Arbeiten Sie beim Schleifen immer mit wenig Druck. Wenn Sie mit zu viel Druck arbeiten wird der Vibrationsmechanismus eher blockiert und Sie bekommen ein ungleichmäßiges Schleifergebnis.

· Wir empfehlen, dass Sie das Elektrowerkzeug direkt nach jeder Benutzung reinigen.

5. Usage prévu
La ponceuse multifonction est destinée au ponçage du bois, plastique, pierre, matériaux composites, peinture, mastic et matériaux similaires.
Les métaux et les matériaux contenant de l'amiante ne doivent pas être traités avec la ponceuse multifonction. Cette ponceuse multifonction est destinée à un ponçage à sec.
6. Sélection du papier de ponçage
· Utilisez toujours des papiers abrasifs adaptés au matériau à poncer. Les papiers abrasifs doivent avoir la taille de grain appropriée. Les grains sont en corindon ou en carbure.
· Le degré de grossièreté dépend de la taille du grain. La grosseur des grains est indiquée par un nombre situé au dos des papiers. Plus le nombre est élevé, plus les grains sont fins.
· Il est très important d'utiliser un papier approprié à chaque travail. Pour le ponçage de surfaces rugueuses, utilisez des grains de taille allant jusqu'à 80, pour le bois tendre tel que le bois de mélèze, de pin ou d'épicéa, utilisez des papiers de 120 à 150. Pour les bois durs denses tels que hêtre ou érable, des grains de taille allant jusqu'à 220 peuvent être utilisés.

7. Fixation du papier de ponçage
Choisissez le papier de ponçage en fonction du matériau à poncer.
7.1 Fixez le papier de ponçage à la plaque de ponçage (7) en veillant à ce que les trous du papier de ponçage soient alignés avec ceux de la plaque. Ce n'est que de cette manière que la poussière pourra être aspirée par le système d`aspiration de poussière à travers la plaque de ponçage.
7.2 Appuyez fermement le papier de ponçage contre la plaque de ponçage.
8. Montage/Démontage/Vidage du Boîte de collecte de poussière
Utilisez toujours un boîte de collecte de poussière (4) lors du ponçage. 8.1 Insérez la boîte de collecte de poussière
dans la bride prévue (5). Poussez le raccord dans la bride et faites-le tourner dans le sens horaire jusqu`à ce qu`il se verrouille en place.
8.2 Pour enlever la boîte de collecte de poussière, faites tourner le raccord dans le sens antihoraire et sortez-le de la bride. Il est recommandé de nettoyer la boîte de collecte de poussière et le raccord d`évacuation à l'intérieur du boîtier après chaque utilisation. Cela permet de faciliter le retrait et l'insertion du boîte de collecte de poussière.
Pour vider la boîte de collecte de poussière, il suffit de taper dessus ou, si possible, le nettoyer avec de l`air comprimé.
9. Interrupteur marche/arrêt
9.1 Insérez la batterie dans le renfoncement du logement de batterie.
9.2 Pour allumer la machine, positionnez l'interrupteur marche/arrêt (1) sur I. Pour éteindre la machine, positionnez l'interrupteur marche/arrêt sur O.

10. Ponçage
N'appuyez pas trop fort sur les boutons de la machine. Des pressions trop fortes entraînent un blocage du mécanisme et des résultats imprévisibles. Des pressions trop fortes entraînent une surchauffe de la machine.
Choisissez toujours un papier avec une grosseur de grains adaptée à l'état de la surface.
Utilisez des papiers plus fins pour des ponçages consécutifs jusqu'à obtention de la finesse souhaitée. Pour obtenir une finition très lisse, il est recommandé d'humidifier légèrement la surface avant le dernier ponçage. Cela permet de gonfler légèrement les fibres et aboutir à une finition plus lisse.
11. Nettoyage et maintenance
11.1 Nettoyage
· Retirez la pile avant d'entreprendre tout travail de nettoyage ou d'entretien
· Les équipements de protection, les fentes de ventilation et le carter du moteur doivent rester aussi propres que possible, sans poussière ni salissures. Nettoyez l'appareil électrique avec un chiffon propre ou en soufflant de l'air comprimé à faible pression.
· Nous conseillons de nettoyer l'appareil électrique immédiatement après chaque utilisation.
· Nettoyez régulièrement l'appareil électrique avec un chiffon humide et un peu de savon noir. N'utilisez ni détergents ni solvants ; ceux-ci pourraient attaquer les parties en plastique de l'appareil. Veillez à empêcher la pénétration d'eau à l'intérieur de l'appareil électrique.
11.2 Maintenance
Il n'y a aucune autre pièce nécessitant un entretien à l'intérieur de l'appareil.

1. Uitleg van de symbolen

CE staat voor: ,,Conformité Européenne". Dit betekent: ,,Voldoet aan EU-richtlijnen". Met de CE-markering bevestigt de fabrikant dat deze machine voldoet aan de geldende Europese richtlijnen.
De machine mag niet worden afgevoerd met het huishoudelijk afval.
2. Aanvullende veiligheidsvoorschriften voor schuurmachines
Het aanraken of inademen van tijdens gebruik vrijkomende stof (bijv. met loodhoudende verf bewerkte oppervlakken, hout en metaal) kan schade toebrengen aan uw gezondheid en de gezondheid van omstanders. Draag altijd geschikte beschermende uitrusting, zoals een stofmasker. Zorg tijdens gebruik altijd voor een goede stofafzuiging.
· Bewerk geen materialen die asbest bevatten. Asbest wordt als kankerverwekkend beschouwd.
· Gebruik de machine niet voor het schuren van magnesium werkstukken.
· Draag een veiligheidsbril. Draag gehoorbescherming. Gebruik indien nodig andere beschermingsmiddelen, zoals veiligheidshandschoenen, veiligheidsschoenen, etc.
· Wees uiterst voorzichting bij het schuren van geverfde oppervlakken.
· Verwijder voor gebruik alle spijkers en andere metalen voorwerpen uit het werkstuk.
· Zorg ervoor dat het werkstuk correct wordt ondersteund of vastgezet.

3. Voor het eerste gebruik
Haal de multischuurmachine en de accessoires uit de verpakking. Controleer de machine op transportschade en gebruik de machine niet in geval van schade. Houd het verpakkingsmateriaal uit de buurt van kinderen, risico op verstikking!
4. Inhoud van de verpakking

5. Beoogd gebruik
De multischuurmachine kan gebruikt worden voor het schuren van hout-, metaal-, gips- of plamuur, om roest of verf te verwijderen en voor het schuren van gelakte oppervlakken. Bewerk geen metaal en geen materialen die asbest bevatten. Deze multischuurmachine is bestemd voor droogschuren.
6. Het schuurpapier selecteren
· Gebruik altijd schuurpapier aangepast aan het materiaal dat u wilt schuren. De papieren moeten de juiste korrelgrootte hebben. De korrel is of Corundum of Carbide.
· Afhankelijk van de korrelgrootte zijn er gradaties van grofheid. De grofheid wordt gespecificeerd door een nummer op de achterkant van de papieren. Hoe hoger het getal, hoe fijner de korrel.
· Het is belangrijk om voor elk werk het juiste papier te gebruiken. Voor het grof schuren gebruik korrelgroottes tot 80, voor zacht hout als lariks, grenen of

spar gebruik papieren van 120 tot 150. Voor dichte hardhout zoals beuk of esdoorn, de korrelgrootte tot 220 kan worden gebruikt.
7. Bevestigen van het schuurpapier
Selecteer het geschikte schuurpapier voor het te bewerken materiaal.
7.1 Monteer het schuurpapier met de gewenste korrelgrootte op de schuurzool (7). Zorg ervoor dat de perforatie van het schuurpapier overeenkomt met de perforatie van de schuurzool(7). Alleen dan kan het stof door de schuurzool van het schuuroppervlak naar de stofopvangbakje worden gezogen.
7.2 Druk het schuurpapier stevig aan op de schuurzool.
8. Stofafzuiging
Gebruik altijd het stofopvangbakje (4) bij het schuren.
8.1 Plaats het stofopvangbakje op de meegeleverde stofopvangbakje flens (5). Plaats het verbindingsstuk in de flens en draai met de wijzers van de klok mee totdat deze vastklikt.
8.2 Om het stofopvangbakje te verwijderen, draai het verbindingsstuk tegen de klok in en verwijder deze uit de flens. Maak het stofopvangbakje en de stofafzuigaansluiting in de behuizing bij voorkeur na ieder gebruik schoon. Daardoor kan het stofopvangbakje gemakkelijk worden bevestigd en verwijderd.
8.3 Voor het leegmaken van het stofopvangbakje klop deze leeg of, indien beschikbaar, met perslucht schoonmaken.
9. De aan/uit-schakelaar
9.1 Plaats de accu in de machine.
9.2 Om de machine in te schakelen, zet de aan/uit-schakelaar (1) in positie `I'. Om de machine uit te schakelen, zet de aan/ uit-schakelaar (1) in positie `0'.

10. Schuren
· Oefen niet te veel druk uit op de machine. Laat de machine het werk doen. Bij overmatige druk raakt de machine oververhit.
· Selecteer altijd schuurpapier met grofheid, geschikt voor het soort hout en de conditie van het oppervlak.
· Gebruik fijner papier in het opeenvolgende schuren tot de gewenste gladheid bereikt is. Voor een zeer gladde afwerking kan het oppervlak iets bevochtigt worden bij de laatste keer schuren. Hierdoor zullen de vezels een beetje zwellen en een gladdere afwerking mogelijk maken.
11. Reiniging en onderhoud
11.1 Reiniging · Verwijder de batterij voordat u reinigings- of onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoert.
· Houd veiligheidsvoorzieningen, ventilatieopeningen en de behuizing van de motor zo goed mogelijk vrij van stof en vuil. Veeg de machine af met een schone doek of blaas hem uit met perslucht onder lage druk.
· Wij bevelen aan om de machine direct na ieder gebruik te reinigen.
· Reinig de machine regelmatig met een vochtige doek en een beetje zachte zeep. Gebruik geen reinigings- of oplosmiddelen; die kunnen de kunststof delen van de machine aantasten. Let erop dat er geen water in het binnenste van de machine kan komen.
11.2 Onderhoud In het binnenwerk van de machine bevinden zich geen te onderhouden onderdelen.

12.1 Trillingsniveau
Het trillingsemissieniveau dat in deze gebruiksaanwijzing wordt vermeld, is gemeten conform een gestandaardiseerde test in EN 60745; deze mag worden gebruikt om twee machines met elkaar te vergelijken en als voorlopige beoordeling van de blootstelling aan trilling bij gebruik van de machine voor de vermelde toepassingen.
· Gebruik van de tool voor andere toepassingen, of met andere of slecht onderhouden accessoires, kan het blootstellingsniveau in aanzienlijke mate doen toenemen
· wanneer de machine is uitgeschakeld of wanneer deze loopt maar geen werk verricht, kan dit het blootstellingsniveau aanzienlijk reduceren

13. Afvalverwerking en hergebruik
De machine mag niet worden afgevoerd met het huishoudelijk afval.

2. Ulteriori avvertenze di sicurezza per l'uso delle levigatrici
Il contatto o l'inalazione della polvere che si genera durante l'uso (ad esempio durante la lavorazione di superfici verniciate al piombo, in legno o metallo) può causare danno alla vostra salute o alla salute degli astanti. 5. Destinazione d'uso
La levigatrice multifunzione è pensata per levigare superfici in legno, plastica, pietra, materiali compositi, vernici, stucchi e altri materiali simili. Non utilizzare la levigatrice multifunzione su metalli e materiali contenenti amianto. La levigatrice multifunzione è pensata unicamente per la levigatura a secco.
6. Scelta della carta abrasiva
· Utilizzare sempre carta abrasiva adatta al materiale da levigare. Le carte abrasive utilizzate devono avere la giusta granulometria. Utilizzare carta abrasiva al corindone o al carburo di silicio.
· Ci sono tre diversi tipi di finezza, a seconda della grana. La finezza è specificata da un numero riportato sul retro di ogni carta abrasiva. Maggiore è il numero, più fine è la grana.

· È importante utilizzare la carta abrasiva adatta per ogni tipo di lavoro. Per una levigatura grossolana, utilizzare una carta con grana fino a 80; per levigare legno tenero, come ad esempio larice, pino o abete, utilizzare una carta con grana da 120 a 150. Per lavorare su legno più duro, come ad esempio faggio o acero, utilizzare una carta con grada fino a 220.
7. Fissaggio della carta abrasiva
Scegliere la carta abrasiva in funzione del materiale da lavorare.
7.1 Fissare la carta abrasiva sulla piastra levigatrice (7) e assicurarsi che i fori sulla carta abrasiva corrispondano alle aperture sulla piastra levigatrice. Solo in questo modo la povere di levigatura potrà essere aspirata dal sistema di rimozione della polvere integrato nella piastra levigatrice.
7.2 Premere saldamente la carta abrasiva sulla piastra levigatrice.
8. Assemblaggio/Smontaggio/ Svuotamento del contenitore di raccolta della polvere
Utilizzare sempre il contenitore di raccolta della polvere (4) durante la levigatura.
8.1 Posizionare il contenitore di raccolta della polvere sulla flangia per la raccolta della polvere (5). Inserire il raccordo sulla flangia e ruotarlo in senso orario fino a quando si blocca in posizione.
8.2 Per rimuovere il contenitore di raccolta della polvere, ruotare il raccordo in senso antiorario ed estrarlo dalla flangia. Si raccomanda di pulire il contenitore di raccolta della polvere e il raccordo di scarico nell'apposito alloggiamento dopo ogni utilizzo. In questo modo, il contenitore di raccolta della polvere potrà essere facilmente inserito e rimosso.
8.3 Per svuotare il contenitore di raccolta della polvere, è sufficiente scuoterlo o, se possibile, pulirlo con aria compressa.

9. Interruttore accensione/ spegnimento
9.1 Inserire la batteria nel relativo vano.
9.2 Per accendere il dispositivo, portare l'interruttore di accensione/spegnimento (1) in posizione I. Per spegnerlo, portare l'interruttore di accensione/ spegnimento in posizione O.
10. Levigatura
· Applicare solo una lieve pressione sul dispositivo. Una pressione elevata causerà l'inceppamento del meccanismo e comprometterà il risultato finale. Una pressione eccessiva surriscalderà il dispositivo.
· Scegliere sempre la carta abrasiva con il grado di finezza giusto, a seconda delle condizioni della superficie da trattare.
· Usare sempre carte abrasive più fini per levigature successive, fino ad ottenere il risultato desiderato. Se si desidera ottenere una finitura molto liscia, inumidire leggermente la superficie prima di eseguire l'ultima levigatura. In questo modo, le fibre si gonfieranno leggermente e si otterrà una finitura più uniforme.
11. Pulizia e manutenzione
11.1 Pulizia · Rimuovere la batteria prima della pulizia
o di qualunque intervento di manutenzione.
· Tenere i dispositivi di sicurezza, aperture di ventilazione e la carcassa del motore il più possibile liberi da sporco e polvere. Strofinare l'utensile elettrico con un panno pulito o soffiare su di esso con aria compressa a bassa pressione.
· Si consiglia di pulire l'utensile elettrico immediatamente dopo l'uso.
· Pulire l'utensile elettrico regolarmente con un panno umido e un sapone delicato. Non utilizzare materiali di pulizia o solventi, questi possono attaccare i componenti in plastica del dispositivo. Assicurarsi che l'acqua non possa entrare all'interno dell'utensile elettrico.

2. Advertencias de seguridad para lijadoras
El contacto con el polvo generado (por ejemplo, de superficies pintadas con pinturas de plomo, madera y metal) durante el uso o su inhalación puede poner en peligro su salud y la de los transeúntes. Utilice equipos de protección apropiados en todo momento, por ejemplo, una mascarilla antipolvo. Siempre utilice un sistema de extracción de polvo adecuado durante el uso.
· No trabaje materiales que contengan asbesto. El asbesto se considera cancerígeno.
· No utilice la herramienta para lijar piezas de magnesio.
· Utilice gafas de seguridad. Utilice protectores auditivos. Si fuera necesario, utilice otros medios de protección, por ejemplo, guantes, zapatos de seguridad, etc.
· Extreme los cuidados al lijar superficies pintadas.

5. Uso previsto
Esta multilijadora está prevista para lijar madera, plástico, piedra, aglomerados, pintura, materiales de relleno y materiales similares. No utilice la multilijadora para trabajar metales o materiales que contengan asbesto. Esta multilijadora está prevista únicamente para lijar en seco.
6. Selección del papel de lija
· Siempre utilice papeles abrasivos apropiados en función del material que desea lijar. Los papeles de lija deben ser del tamaño de grano correcto. El grano puede ser de corindón o de carburo de silicio.
· El grado de rugosidad depende del tamaño del grano. La rugosidad se especifica mediante un número en la parte posterior del papel de lija. Cuanto mayor es el número, más fino es el grano.
· Es importante usar el papel adecuado para cada trabajo. Para un lijado fuerte, utilice granos de hasta 80; para maderas suaves como el alerce, el pino o la pícea, utilice papeles de lija de 120 a 150. Para maderas duras y densas como la haya o

el arce, se recomienda usar un tamaño de grano de hasta 220.
7. Colocación del papel de lija
Seleccione el papel de lija en función del material que va a trabajar.
7.1 Coloque el papel de lija en la placa de lijado (7) y asegúrese de que las perforaciones del papel coincidan con las aberturas de la placa de base. Esta es la única manera de poder extraer el polvo, generado durante el lijado, a través del mecanismo de extracción integrado en la placa de lijado.
7.2 Presione firmemente el papel de lija contra la placa de lijado.
8. Montaje/desmontaje/vaciado del recipiente de polvo
Siempre utilice el recipiente de polvo (4) al lijar.
8.1 Coloque el recipiente de polvo en el reborde provisto (5) para su acoplamiento. Empuje la pieza de conexión contra el reborde y gírela en sentido horario hasta que quede bloqueada en posición.
8.2 Para retirar el recipiente de polvo, gire la pieza de conexión en sentido antihorario y tire de ella para separarla del reborde. Se recomienda limpiar el recipiente de polvo y la conexión de escape en la carcasa después de cada uso. Esto permite insertar y extraer fácilmente el recipiente de polvo.
8.3 Para vaciar el recipiente de polvo, simplemente golpéelo suavemente o utilice aire comprimido si dispone de este.
9. Interruptor de encendido/ apagado
9.1 Inserte la batería en el compartimento previsto para ello.
9.2 Para encender la herramienta, coloque el interruptor de encendido/apagado (1) en la posición I. Para apagarla, coloque el interruptor de encendido/apagado en la posición O.

10. Lijado
· Aplique únicamente una presión moderada sobre la herramienta. Una presión excesiva puede dar lugar a un atascamiento del mecanismo, comprometiendo los resultados. Una presión excesiva provocará el sobrecalentamiento de la herramienta.
· Siempre seleccione la rugosidad de los papeles abrasivos en función del estado de la superficie que se va a lijar.
· Utilice papeles de lija cada vez más finos hasta alcanzar la suavidad deseada. Si desea un acabado muy suave, humedezca ligeramente la superficie antes del último lijado. Así, se aumenta el tamaño de las fibras, lo que posibilita un acabado más suave.
11. Limpieza y mantenimiento
11.1 Limpieza
· Extraiga la batería antes de realizar cualquier tarea de limpieza o mantenimiento.
· Mantenga los dispositivos de seguridad, las aberturas de ventilación y la carcasa del motor en el mejor estado de limpieza posible, esto es, deben estar libres de sucio y polvo. Para ello, utilice aire comprimido a baja presión y un paño limpio.
· Le recomendamos limpiar su herramienta eléctrica inmediatamente después de cada uso.
· Limpie la herramienta eléctrica regularmente con un paño humedecido con agua jabonosa (utilice únicamente detergentes suaves). 12.1 Nivel de vibración
El nivel de emisión de vibraciones indicado en este manual de instrucciones se ha medido de conformidad con una prueba normalizada recogida en la norma EN 60745. Dicho nivel se puede usar para comparar una herramienta con otra y hacer una evaluación preliminar de exposición a la vibración al usar la herramienta en las aplicaciones mencionadas.
· El uso de la herramienta para otras aplicaciones o con accesorios diferentes o deficientemente mantenidos puede aumentar significativamente el grado de exposición.
· Los momentos en los que la herramienta está apagada o cuando está en funcionamiento sin realizar trabajo puede reducir significativamente el grado de exposición.

5. Utilização prevista
A lixadora múltipla destina-se a lixar madeira, plástico, pedra, compostos, tinta, massas de enchimento e materiais semelhantes. Não pode utilizar a lixadora múltipla em metal e materiais com amianto. A lixadora múltipla destina-se exclusivamente a uma lixagem em seco.
6. Selecionar a folha de lixa
· Utilize sempre folhas de lixa adequadas ao material que pretende lixar. As folhas de lixa têm de ter a densidade de grão correta. O grão é de corindo ou carboneto de silício.
· Existem graus diferentes, dependendo da densidade do grão. Este grau está especificado por um número indicado no verso das folhas de lixa. Quanto mais alto for o número, mais fino é o grão.
· É importante utilizar a folha certa para cada tarefa. Para lixagem grosseira utilize folhas com um grão de até 80, para madeira macia como larício, pinho ou abeto, utilize folhas de lixa com um grão entre 120 e 150. Para madeiras densas como faia e ácer, pode utilizar folhas de até 220.

7. Fixar a folha de lixa
Escolha a folha de lixa consoante o material que pretende lixar.
7.1 Fixe a folha de lixa na base de lixagem (7) e certifique-se de que os orifícios na folha encaixam nas ranhuras da base. Apenas dessa forma o pó da lixagem poderá ser extraído pelo sistema de remoção de pó integrado na base de lixagem.
7.2 Prima firmemente a folha de lixa na base de lixagem.
8. Montar/desmontar/esvaziar a caixa de recolha do pó
Utilize sempre a caixa de recolha do pó (4) quando realizar uma lixagem.
8.1 Coloque a caixa de recolha do pó na flange de recolha do pó (5) fornecida. Pressione a peça de ligação para dentro da flange e rode-a no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio até ficar bloqueada na sua posição.
8.2 Para retirar a caixa de recolha do pó, gire a peça de ligação no sentido oposto ao dos ponteiros do relógio e puxe-a para fora da flange. É preferível limpar a caixa de recolha do pó e a ligação de exaustão na armação depois de cada utilização. Se o fizer, a caixa de recolha do pó será facilmente inserida e removida.
8.3 Para esvaziar a caixa de recolha do pó, basta sacudi-la para tirar o pó ou, se disponível, limpá-la com ar comprimido.
9. Interruptor de LIGAR/DESLIGAR
9.1 Insira a bateria na reentrância para esse fim.
9.2 Para ligar a máquina, coloque o interruptor de LIGAR/DESLIGAR (1) na posição I. Para desligar a máquina, coloque o interruptor de LIGAR/DESLIGAR na posição O.
10. Lixar
· Aplique uma pressão moderada na máquina. Uma pressão excessiva provocará o encravamento do mecanismo, prejudicando os resultados. Pressão em

excesso também provocará o sobreaquecimento da máquina.
· Selecione sempre folhas de lixa com um grão adequado às condições da superfície.
· Utilize folhas mais finas em lixagens consecutivas até obter o resultado desejado. Se pretender um acabamento macio, poderá humedecer ligeiramente a superfície antes da última lixagem. Desta forma, poderá dilatar as fibras, obtendo um acabamento mais fino.
11. Limpeza e manutenção
11.1 Limpeza · Remova a bateria antes de proceder a
qualquer trabalho de limpeza ou manutenção.
· Mantenha os dispositivos de segurança, os orifícios de ventilação e a caixa do motor o mais limpos possível (de sujidade e pó). Limpe a ferramenta elétrica com um pano limpo ou sopre-a com um equipamento de ar comprimido de baixa pressão.
· Recomendamos a limpeza da sua ferramenta elétrica imediatamente após cada utilização.
· Limpe a ferramenta elétrica regularmente com um pano húmido e algum sabão suave. Não utilize quaisquer materiais de limpeza ou solventes, já que podem danificar os componentes plásticos do dispositivo. Certifique-se de que a água não penetra no interior da ferramenta elétrica.
