Cautions and Safety

  • Read the manual carefully before operation to avoid damage or personal danger. Keep for reference.
  • Ensure the power supply is within the rated range before connecting the power cable. Refitting is strictly prohibited. The control panel may be eroded by organic solution, strong acid, and strong alkali.
  • Ensure the earth wiring is well connected before starting.
  • Do not operate if the tank is empty, or the ultrasonic generator will be damaged. If heating is needed, the water level should not be less than 2/3.
  • Close the lid to reduce noise and pay attention to water and steam in case of burning skin when opening the lid.
  • Do not relocate the machine when fluid is in the tank to prevent overflow.
  • Suggest using water-soluble liquid for ultrasonic cleaners. Strong acid or flammability cleaner is forbidden.
  • Do not use the machine in severe environments: places where temperature changes fiercely, humidity is high, vibration or impact is strong, corrosive gas or dust is present, water/oil/chemicals splash, or explosive/flammable gas is present.
  • Shorten the daily working time. Suggestion is to stop for a few minutes for heat dissipation after working over 30 minutes.
  • Heater is forbidden when using flammable liquid (such as alcohol, solvent cleaner etc.) to clean objects. Cleaning effect will be much better if using the machine together with proper solvent.

Operation Procedure

Mechanical Models

  • Start: Rotate the 'ULTRASONIC' knob clockwise to set the time required (0-30 min). When the indicator light is on and makes a “ZIZI” sound, ultrasonic operation is working.
  • Heating: If heating is needed, start 'HEATING' to adjust the required temperature, normally 40~60°C is recommended.
  • Stop Cleaning: Press 'OFF' once to stop ultrasonic operation (indicator light will turn off). Rotate the heating control knob to 'OFF' (indicator light will turn off). Then switch off the unit and disconnect the power supply. Empty out the liquid and clean the tank and the unit with a clean cloth for next use.

Digital Models

  • Timer Setting: When power is connected, the default setting is "05:00". Press 'TIME +' once to increase time by 1 min; Press 'TIME -' once to decrease time by 1 min. (Free choice and digital countdown control).
  • Temperature Setting: (Heating is optional). When power is connected, the default setting is "50°C". Press 'TEMP +' once to increase temperature by 1°C; Press 'TEMP -' once to decrease temperature by 1°C. If the setting temperature is lower than the actual tank temperature, the operation will stop automatically. When the temperature rises to the setting temperature, the indicating light goes off. During ultrasonic work, two temperature screens show the set temperature and the actual temperature reached.
  • Start/Stop: After setting the time and temperature, press 'ON/OFF' once; the equipment will work automatically. Press 'ON/OFF' again to stop the work process.
  • Adjusting Power: The function is only available for power adjustable models. Rotate the power knob SLOWLY clockwise to increase the power from 40% to 100%, and SLOWLY counter-clockwise to decrease sonic power.
  • Post-Operation: Switch off the unit and disconnect the power supply, empty out the liquid and clean the tank and the unit with a clean cloth for next use.

Maintenance

  • The unit must be opened by an authorized specialized person only for maintenance and care.
  • Clean the contaminant in the tank frequently.
