  • 지식 재산권: SEL은 제품 및 서비스에 대한 모든 지식 재산권을 보유하며, 구매자는 이를 존중해야 합니다.
  • 보증: SEL은 제품에 대해 자재 및 제작상의 결함이 없음을 보증합니다.
  • 면책 조항: 구매자는 특정 상황에서 SEL을 면책해야 하며, SEL 또한 특정 상황에서 구매자를 면책합니다.
  • 수출 통제: 구매자는 미국 수출 관할권의 적용을 받는 모든 제품에 대한 수출 관련 법규를 준수해야 합니다.
  • 교육: SEL 대학교(SELU) 교육 과정은 별도의 조건에 따르며, 취소 및 환불 규정이 명시되어 있습니다.
  • 준거법 및 관할지: 본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 서울 소재 법원이 관할합니다.
