Product Usage Instructions:
1. Device and Tool Preparation:
Before upgrading the firmware, ensure you have the following
devices and tools ready:
- VC-TR60 device
- PC or Laptop
- Power adapter with power cord OR Ethernet cable
2. Connections:
To connect for firmware update, follow these steps:
- Connect the VC-TR60 to the PC or Laptop using an Ethernet
cable. - Connect the PC or Laptop to a Switch or Router using another
Ethernet cable.
3. Firmware Update:
- Open a web browser and enter the camera’s IP address in the
address bar (IP address can be found in [Status] > [Ethernet] in
the menu). - Log in with the default account credentials:
- Username: admin
- Password: 9999
- Select [Maintenance] to choose the firmware file and click
[Upgrade]. - The firmware download will start (this process takes around 2-3
minutes). Do not close the page during this time. - After the download is complete, log in again and verify the
firmware version in [About] > [Firmware Version].
