Lumens P300 Audio Conferencing Processor

Purpose
- Help users quickly install Lumens CamConnect Pro and Shure P300.
- These setting tips are the sharing of the key steps summarized after we have installed this system many times.
Prepare
- This document uses the Hure P300 as an example of a setting.
- Please install Shure P300, Lumens CamConnect Pro, and Lumens PTZ cameras on the same LAN (same class C network).
- For the first installation, you need to prepare a router or Switcher with a DHCP server function.
Hardware Settings
Set up Environment
Please connect the Cameras, Microphone, and AI-BOX1 to the same LAN.
Device Discovery
Build a new online room.
Connection in P300
CamConnect Pro settings
Support Device & Settings
Go to the CamConnect Pro webpage (Enter CamConnect Pro IP address in the browser)
- Pull down the Device item and select [Shure P300]
- Enter the IP address of Shure P300, kick blank area , and press [Apply]
- Switch the [Connect] button to connect with P300.
- Time to Trigger Preset: This function is that the camera will start moving to the preset point only after a person’s voice exceeds a certain duration. Range is 0.1sec~5 secs.
- Back to Home Camera & Back to Home Position: Press [Set]. You can choose which camera you would like to let it back to Home, and which preset position you would like to return back.
Connection Camera
- Search the camera on the LAN
- Connect the camera you need.
- Make sure the resolution of connected cameras is the same as the CamConnect Pro setting. ( Default is 1920*1080 60P0)
Camera Preset Setting
According to the sound position to set the camera preset.
- Enable the [Voice tracking].
- Make sound and check the flashing Array No. of green lights. If the green light is flashing on Array No.1, please select the Primary camera to set the preset position you need.
Video output setting
- Choose the Video output you want, and then press [Apply]. (Remind: UVC+HDMI might have more latency when the device is busy.)
- Press [Start Video Output].
The video will output on your display.
