*Try resetting the device by holding down the reset button.
IMPORTANT
- Ensure you are on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection.
- Ensure your 2K Wired/Battery Doorbell and Wi-Fi Chime have the latest firmware version in the device settings.
Setup
- Download Lorex Home app.

- Attach the plug, and then plug your Chime into an outlet.
Note
To remove the power plug, lift up on the release tab. - Tap
in the app , and then follow the in-app instructions to add the Chime.
