Unboxing & Activation

Magnetic Ring Installation

The magnetic ring is required to attach your phone to the LOOI robot. Follow these steps carefully for a secure fit.

Step 1: Clean the Phone Back
Before applying the magnetic ring, clean the back of your phone thoroughly.

1. Use the wet wipe to remove dirt and oil
2. Use the dry wipe to dry the surface

Step 4: Press and Remove Air Bubbles
Firmly press the magnetic ring to ensure full adhesion and remove any air bubbles.

Login & Connection
Download the LOOI App

Search for “LOOI” in the App Store or Android app market, or scan the QR code to download.

Pairing Your Device

Follow the on-screen instructions to search for and connect to your LOOI robot.

Attach Your Phone
Place your phone onto the LOOI magnetic dock. Tap confirm to complete the connection.

Conversation & Features
Talking with LOOI

LOOI is your interactive robot companion. You can chat with it about weather, daily life, and more.
LOOI responds with cute animations and voice.
Example conversation:
You: “Hey Looi, how’s the weather today?”
LOOI: “It’s a sunny day! Your high ponytail matches the weather perfectly!”
Gesture Recognition
LOOI can recognize hand gestures. Try waving your hand slowly in front of it. Remember to move your hand at a moderate speed.

Main Menu Interface
Swipe left from the center of the screen to open the main menu. You can access various features

Visual Deep Understanding
Enable Visual Deep Understanding in Settings > Control to let LOOI see and understand the world around it.

Connection Troubleshooting

If you experience connection issues, follow these troubleshooting steps in order.

Step 4: Reset LOOI Hardware
Only perform this step if the previous three steps do not work. Use a paperclip to press and hold the reset button until the green light flashes.
After reset, reconnect the device

Log Reporting

If you encounter issues, you can report logs to help us improve. Go to Settings > Account > Log
Report > Confirm Report.
