1. Product Usage Instructions & Restrictions
1.1 Correct Usage Method
  1. Unpack the product and check for any damage during transportation. If there is damage, please contact the seller immediately.
  2. Place the mouse pad on a flat, clean, and dry desktop. Ensure the non-slip bottom is fully attached to the desktop to avoid displacement during use.
  3. Place the mouse (wired/wireless optical mouse, laser mouse) on the surface of the mouse pad. The mouse pad is compatible with most mainstream mouse types on the market.
  4. During use, avoid excessive friction or sharp objects scratching the surface of the mouse pad to maintain smooth mouse movement.
  5. After use, keep the mouse pad in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight or high-temperature environments.
1.2 Usage Restrictions
  • Do not immerse the mouse pad in water or other liquids, nor rinse it directly with running water (except for specially marked waterproof models).
  • Do not use the mouse pad in humid environments (relative humidity> 85%) for a long time, as this may affect its non-slip performance and service life.
  • Do not place heavy objects on the mouse pad for a long time to avoid permanent deformation.
  • The product is for personal use only and shall not be used for commercial production, processing, or other non-intended purposes.

3. Warning / Safety Information

Warning

  • Keep the product away from fire, high-temperature heat sources (such as heaters, stoves), and open flames to avoid fire hazards or product damage.
  • For users under 12 years old, please use this product under the supervision of adults to avoid accidental ingestion of small accessories (if any) or improper use causing injury.
  • If the mouse pad surface is damaged (such as cracks, tears), stop using it immediately to prevent the mouse from getting stuck or causing scratches to the user’s hands.
  • Do not use chemical solvents (such as alcohol, gasoline, detergent) to clean the mouse pad, as this may corrode the surface material and affect its performance.
  • In case of any abnormal situation (such as odor, deformation) during use, stop using it immediately and contact the seller for after-sales service. Do not disassemble the product by yourself, as this will void the warranty.
