I’ve misplaced my Logi Bolt USB Receiver and can’t access my MX Keys keyboard. Where can I get a replacement?
Where can I purchase a replacement USB receiver for my Logitech MX Keys keyboard?
Replacement receivers can be purchased directly from the Logitech website under the 'Spare Parts' or 'Accessories' section. You can also find them through major electronics retailers like Amazon or Best Buy.
Important Note: Please verify your specific keyboard model before purchasing. The original Logitech MX Keys typically uses the Unifying Receiver (marked with an orange star icon), while the newer MX Keys S or MX Keys Mini models use the Logi Bolt Receiver (marked with a green bolt icon). These technologies are not cross-compatible.
If you have Bluetooth capability on your computer, you can also connect your MX Keys without a USB receiver by putting the keyboard into pairing mode (hold an Easy-Switch button for 3 seconds until the LED blinks rapidly) and searching for it in your computer's Bluetooth settings.
If you are uncertain which receiver you need, check the logo on the bottom of your keyboard or the original packaging.
