Ubee DVW324 DOCSIS cable gateway issued by izzi México — first izzi row with a documented two-tier static default. izzi's official credentials page has a dedicated section for this model: "en el apartado Username ingresa la palabra user, y en el apartado Password ingresa la palabra user. Si no puedes acceder con user, prueba ingresando la palabra admin en Username y en Password (recuerda ingresarla en minúsculas)."

Recovery & reset instructions

A short press-and-release of the reset button restarts the modem without changes; press and hold for 30 seconds to restore factory settings. If user/user fails, the documented fallback is admin/admin.

How to reach your router

  1. Connect your computer or phone to the router’s Wi-Fi or an Ethernet port.
  2. Open a documented login address. If it does not load, look for the Router or Default gateway address in your device’s network settings.
  3. Match your model and hardware revision to the table. Use the device label or your setup password when the model has no shared default.

Admin password or Wi-Fi password?

The admin password opens the router’s settings. The Wi-Fi password connects a device to the wireless network. They may be different, and an ISP or cloud account can be separate again.

If the password does not work

Check capitalization and the device label, then use the manufacturer’s password-recovery instructions. A factory reset erases settings and may require ISP setup details; follow the instructions for your exact model.
