Telenor Norway's 4G/LTE home-broadband router (Huawei B818), used where fixed fibre/DSL isn't available — a distinct hardware tier from the same run's DSL-era Zyxel P8702N. Telenor's own support page states: "Passordet er det samme som ditt opprinnelige trådløse passord. Du finner det på klistrelappen på baksiden av ruteren etter WIFI" ("The password is the same as your original wireless password, found on the sticker on the back of the router after WIFI.")

Recovery & reset instructions

Open a browser and go to http://192.168.1.1. The admin password equals the router's original wireless password, found on the sticker on the back of the router after 'WIFI'. No separate admin username is required.

Norway's first row in the dataset — Telenor DSL-era home router (Zyxel P8702N). Telenor's own support page states the network password is printed on a label on the underside of the router, and specifically for the P8702N: "står koden etter teksten WPA2 (består av 13 bokstaver)" ("the code is found after the text WPA2 (13 letters)"). No shared static default; each unit's code is unique.

Recovery & reset instructions

Go to wifi.telenor.no while connected to the home network and log in with the administrator password. For this model, use the password found after 'WPA2' on the label on the underside of the router (13 letters), not the usual 'admin:' code some other Telenor units use.

How to reach your router

  1. Connect your computer or phone to the router’s Wi-Fi or an Ethernet port.
  2. Open a documented login address. If it does not load, look for the Router or Default gateway address in your device’s network settings.
  3. Match your model and hardware revision to the table. Use the device label or your setup password when the model has no shared default.

Admin password or Wi-Fi password?

The admin password opens the router’s settings. The Wi-Fi password connects a device to the wireless network. They may be different, and an ISP or cloud account can be separate again.

If the password does not work

Check capitalization and the device label, then use the manufacturer’s password-recovery instructions. A factory reset erases settings and may require ISP setup details; follow the instructions for your exact model.
