| GL.iNetBeryl AX (GL-MT3000)Router · Web | http://192.168.8.1 (opens in a new tab) | No username required | Password created during setup | Beryl AX (GL-MT3000) is GL.iNet's pocket travel router. No admin password is shipped with it — the first page at 192.168.8.1 asks you to create one. The wireless name and key on its label are unique to that unit, not a universal pair. Recovery & reset instructionsReset: with the router powered on, press and hold the RESET button for about 10 seconds until the LEDs flash, then release and wait for reboot. Rejoin the label's wireless network, open 192.168.8.1, pick a language, and create your admin password. |
| GL.iNetFlint (GL-AX1800)Router · Web | http://192.168.8.1 (opens in a new tab) | No username required | Password created during setup | Flint (GL-AX1800) is the desktop model in the range. It arrives without an admin password; your first visit to 192.168.8.1 requires you to make one, at least 5 characters. Its bottom label prints a per-device wireless name and key, which is a separate thing entirely. Recovery & reset instructionsReset: with power on, keep RESET depressed near 10 seconds until the LEDs flash, then let go and allow the reboot. Reconnect over the wireless network from the bottom label, go to 192.168.8.1, choose a language, and enter an admin password of your own. |
| GL.iNetFlint 2 (GL-MT6000)Router · Web | http://192.168.8.1 (opens in a new tab) | No username required | Password created during setup | The Flint 2 is GL.iNet's AX6000 WiFi 6 router with 2.5 Gbps WAN/LAN ports. Login is password-only with no username, separate from the Wi-Fi key. Recovery & reset instructionsHold the physical RESET button about 10 seconds until the LED flashes to restore factory defaults, then browse to 192.168.8.1 and set a new admin password. |

GET CONNECTED
The admin password opens the router’s settings. The Wi-Fi password connects a device to the wireless network. They may be different, and an ISP or cloud account can be separate again.
Check capitalization and the device label, then use the manufacturer’s password-recovery instructions. A factory reset erases settings and may require ISP setup details; follow the instructions for your exact model.
