FPT TelecomAC1000FModem / gateway · Webhttp://192.168.1.1 (opens in a new tab)No username requiredPassword on the device label

FPT Telecom-issued FTTH WiFi modem/router supplied to residential fiber subscribers in Vietnam; admin login at 192.168.1.1. FPT's official setup guide: "Account mặc định: xem dưới đáy modem hoặc gọi lên tổng đài FPT Telecom." ("Default account: see [it printed] on the underside of the modem, or call the FPT Telecom hotline.") — no universal static default; each unit ships with its own printed credential.

Recovery & reset instructions

FPT's guide gives no self-serve factory-reset procedure and directs customers who can't read the label to call the FPT Telecom hotline; a hardware reset via the recessed pinhole on the rear restores the printed label credentials but also clears PPPoE/VLAN provisioning.

FPT TelecomAX3000C / AX3000Cv2Modem / gateway · Webhttp://192.168.100.1 (opens in a new tab)No username requiredPassword on the device label

Wi-Fi 6 mesh-capable gateway issued by FPT Telecom (Vietnam) to fiber subscribers — the top tier of FPT's lineup, with a distinct gateway IP (192.168.100.1) from FPT's other modem models (192.168.1.1). FPT's official install/config manual: "Địa chỉ GW mặc định: 192.168.100.1. Tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu in trên nhãn mặt sau thiết bị" ("Default GW address: 192.168.100.1. Username and password are printed on the label on the back of the device").

Recovery & reset instructions

Not detailed beyond noting the admin panel supports password changes at Home > System > Change Password; recovering a lost label credential requires a hardware reset or a call to FPT support since resetting also drops WAN/Mesh configuration.

FPT TelecomHub N300MModem / gateway · Webhttp://192.168.1.1 (opens in a new tab)No username requiredPassword on the device label

Entry-level FPT Telecom-issued WiFi modem for FTTH/broadband subscribers in Vietnam — the budget tier below the AC1000F and AX3000C in FPT's own lineup. FPT's official guide: "Username/Password mặc định: xem dưới đáy modem hoặc gọi lên tổng đài FPT Telecom" ("Default username/password: see underneath the modem, or call the FPT Telecom hotline"). No universal static default.

Recovery & reset instructions

FPT's guide does not describe a factory-reset procedure; it directs customers to check the underside label or call the FPT Telecom hotline if the printed credential can't be found.

How to reach your router

  1. Connect your computer or phone to the router’s Wi-Fi or an Ethernet port.
  2. Open a documented login address. If it does not load, look for the Router or Default gateway address in your device’s network settings.
  3. Match your model and hardware revision to the table. Use the device label or your setup password when the model has no shared default.

Admin password or Wi-Fi password?

The admin password opens the router’s settings. The Wi-Fi password connects a device to the wireless network. They may be different, and an ISP or cloud account can be separate again.

If the password does not work

Check capitalization and the device label, then use the manufacturer’s password-recovery instructions. A factory reset erases settings and may require ISP setup details; follow the instructions for your exact model.
