- Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
- Never operate the furnishing with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint, hair, and the like.
- Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
- To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
WARNING
Risk of Electric Shock, Fire, and Injury.
Review the assembly instructions to confirm that the appropriate critical components and accessories are being used with the furnishing.
WARNING
Risk of injury through electric shocks, fires and other malfunctions.
If the electrical components of the system are exposed to liquids, excessive heat, or other potentially damaging external influences, this made lead to injury through electric shocks, fires or other malfunctions.
- Do not spill liquids onto the Handset or Power Hub.
- Observe the ambient temperature requirements in the technical data.
- Keep the system away from places exposed to direct sunlight.
- Do not use the Table System above or below heat sources, in small, unventilated or humid rooms, near easily flammable materials or near high-frequency devices (transmitters, radiation equipment or similar).
- Unplug the Power Cord in case of smoke, smell or unusual noise.
- Do not operate the Table System in potentially explosive atomospheres.
- Do not operate the Table System if it is malfunctioning.
- Disconnect the Power Cable if malfunctions occur.
WARNING
Risk of injury through operating damaged products.
If the system is damaged, it may no longer be safe to use. Continuing to operate it entails a risk of injury. Caution must be exercised to avoid system damage, especially to cables.
- Ensure interconnecting cables are run loosely.
- Ensure all lines and cables are routed to avoid mechanical damage.
- Ensure cables are routed to allow height adjustments without damage to the wiring.
WARNING
This device can be used by children age 8 or older and by persons with physical, sensory or mental disabilities or by those who lack experience and knowledge if they are supervised or were instructed on the safe use of the device and understand the resulting dangers. Children must not play with the device. Children must not clean or service the device without supervision.
WARNING
Risk of injury through crushing, pinching or other impact.
If body parts become trapped inside the mechanisms of the table, or between the table and other objects, this may lead to injury through crushing, pinching and other impact. If the desk hits an obstacle, that obstacle might be damaged (scratching, marks, etc.)
- If an obstacle is encountered, or there are functional errors, stop adjustment immediately.
- Make sure adjacent objects are placed at a minimum distance of 25 mm from the table to prevent them from being squeezed or sheared.
- Make sure that there are safety gaps of at least 25 mm for movable parts (this also applies to elements that are attached above or below the table, hanging from nearby walls, or building fixtures, such as open windows).
WARNING
Risk of injury through unauthorized repairs.
Unauthorised opening and improper repairs can cause danger and voids the product warranty. Unauthorized or unskilled personnel may not have the ability to avoid injury while attempting to open or make changes to the product, which may lead to injury through electric shocks, burns, or crushing.
- Never attempt to open the enclosure of the power hub.
- Only replace damaged components with original parts.
- Contact a professional authorised by the manufacturer to carry out maintenance or repairs.
WARNING
Risk of injury through technical error.
The Table System has a maximum load restriction and a duty cycle setting, which both are designed to stop the system operating beyond its limits. Once the duty cycle has been reached (see technical data), the system automatically shuts itself off and cannot be until a certain time has elapsed. Attempting to override such functions may cause the system to malfunction and lead to injury.
- Do not exceed maximum load stated in the technical data.
- If the duty cycle limit is reached, do not attempt to use the table.
- Do not attempt to override safety or system protection functions.

OPERATION
OPERATION: YOUR HANDSET
The operation of the Table System depends on which Handset is installed. Handsets are split into two categories: Comfort and Basic.
Basic handsets consist of 3 key elements:
- UP Key
- DOWN Key
- LED Signal Light
Comfort handsets consist of 5 key elements:
- UP Key
- DOWN Key
- Memory Position Keys
- SAVE Key
- Display
OPERATION: ALL HANDSETS
ADJUST FR AME HEIGHT
To move the Table Top UP:
Press and hold the UP Key until the desired height has been reached.
To move the Table Top DOWN:
Press and hold the DOWN Key until the desired height has been reached.
OPERATION: COMFORT HANDSETS ONLY
SAVE A MEMORY POSITION
- Move the table to the desired height.
- Press the SAVE Key.

- Press and hold the required Memory Position Key (e.g. 2).
- Wait for the table to reach the desired height.
- Release the Memory Position Key.
The frame will move until the saved height has been reached. If you release the key before the Memory Position is reached, or press another key, the table will stop. To continue, you must select the Memory Position again.
TROUBLESHOOTING
TROUBLESHOOTING: BASIC HANDSETS
If your Table System is conrolled by a Basic Handset, system information is communicated via flashes of the LED signal light on the Handset. Possible signals are as follows :
NO LIGHT
System operating normally
- No action required.
System not connected properly
- See Assembly for connection instructions.
RED LIGHT BLINKING
System Error Warning
- Release all Keys and wait for 5 seconds. Then, try again.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INFORMATION
MAINTENANCE
These maintenance instructions are intended for both professional cleaners and end users of the height-adjustable table. Do not use any aggressive substances such as gasoline, acetone, turpentine, petrol, or any solvents or abrasive cleansers.
SERVICE
We advise you to contact your supplier when moving offices or reconfiguring the workstation.
CLEANING METAL PARTS
The cleaning of colored metal components should be performed utilizing a soft, non-abrasive cloth and may require dampening with water to effectively remove surface contaminants. For more persistent stains, such as those caused by adhesives, felt tip markers, and ballpoint pens, a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent should be employed. In instances where further cleaning is required, the use of methylated spirits may be necessary to fully remove the stains.
RECYCLING
Dispose of all components separately from household waste. Use designated collection points or disposal companies authorized for this purpose.
