The XY-T04-W variant includes wireless WIFI connectivity and APP control via Sinilink. Refer to the diagram below for proper wiring connections. Ensure all connections are secure before applying power.

  • Input DC (6.0-30V): Connect your DC power supply to the VIN+ and VIN- terminals.
  • K-Type Thermocouple: Connect the K-type thermocouple to the K+ and K- terminals.
  • ໂຫຼດ Voltage: Connect your load (e.g., heating element, cooling fan) to the relay output terminals. Note that the load voltage can be a maximum of DC30V or AC250V with a maximum current of 10A. This is a relay output mode and cannot be used as a power module; it cannot output voltage directly. The load requires a separate power supply.
  • MODBUS Interface: For MODBUS control, connect to the designated MODBUS interface.
  • WIFI Module (for XY-T04-W): Connect the XY-WFPOW WIFI receiver module to the dedicated 4-pin connector on the main board using the provided 4-pin wire.

5.2 WIFI Pairing (for XY-T04-W)

To enter pairing mode for the WIFI module:

  1. Press and hold the button on the WIFI module for 5 seconds.
  2. Observe the WIFI Status Indicator LED:
    • Not connected to router: LED ON for 1 second and OFF for 0.1 seconds, cycling.
    • Not connected to network: LED alternates fast and slow flashes.
    • Waiting for AP pairing: LED indicator will flash 4 times continuously within 1 second.
    • Waiting for AP pairing: LED indicator keeps fast flash.

Parameters can be set using the buttons on the PCB (STOP, SET, UP, DOWN) or via MODBUS. For the XY-T04-W, parameters can also be set via the APP.

  • Set Temperature (ST): The desired target temperature.
  • Hysteresis Temperature (HT): The temperature difference that triggers the relay to change state.

6.2 Cooling Mode (C)

  • The relay turns ON and refrigeration equipment starts working when the Current Temperature is greater than (Set Temperature + Hysteresis Temperature). The LCD will display 'OUT'.
  • The relay turns OFF and refrigeration equipment stops working when the Current Temperature is less than the Set Temperature. 'OUT' will disappear.
  • Example: Set Temperature 30°C, Hysteresis Temperature 5°C.
    • Relay ON if Current Temperature > 35°C (30+5).
    • Relay OFF if Current Temperature < 30°C.

6.3 Heating Mode (H)

  • The relay turns ON and heating equipment starts working when the Current Temperature is less than (Set Temperature - Hysteresis Temperature). The LCD will display 'OUT'.
  • The relay turns OFF and heating equipment stops working when the Current Temperature is more than the Set Temperature. 'OUT' will disappear.
  • Example: Set Temperature 30°C, Hysteresis Temperature 5°C.
    • Relay ON if Current Temperature < 25°C (30-5).
    • Relay OFF if Current Temperature > 30°C.

6.4 Delay Start Function (dLY)

  • When enabled, the load will only start heating or cooling after a set delay time (T) in seconds.
  • If the heating temperature is met in Heating mode during the delay time, the relay will not turn ON until the delay is over.

6.5 Calibration Temperature

  • ສູດ: Current Temperature = Detected Temperature + Calibration Temperature.
  • This function allows for correction of minor deviations in temperature readings over long periods of operation.

  • If enabled, the buzzer will sound when an alarm condition is met. Press any button to stop the alarm.
  • High Temperature Alarm (OTP): The relay turns OFF and the load stops working if the Current Temperature exceeds the High Temperature Threshold.
  • Low Temperature Alarm (LTP): The relay turns OFF and the load stops working if the Current Temperature falls below the Low Temperature Threshold.

  • Press the emergency stop button to immediately turn OFF the relay, stop the load, and display 'OFF' on the screen.

  • Press and hold the 'SET' button for approximately 2 seconds to toggle this function ON or OFF.
  • L-P ON: Sleep function is ON. The LCD screen will turn off automatically if there is no operation within 10 minutes. Press any button to wake up the screen. The XY-T04-W continues to operate normally in a power-saving state.
  • L-P OFF: Sleep function is OFF. The LCD screen remains ON continuously.

7. APP Control (for XY-T04-W)

The XY-T04-W model supports remote control and monitoring via a smartphone application (Sinilink APP). After successfully pairing the WIFI module (refer to Section 5.2), you can access various functions through the app interface.

The APP interface provides comprehensive control and monitoring capabilities, including:

  • Buzzer Alarm: If the buzzer alarms continuously, check if the K-type thermocouple sensor is properly connected. A disconnected sensor will trigger an alarm.
  • No Output/Load Not Working:
    • Verify that the working voltage (DC 6V-30V) is correctly supplied to the module.
    • Ensure the load is correctly wired to the relay output terminals and has its own separate power supply, as the module's relay does not output voltage.
    • Check the load's power supply and functionality independently.
    • Confirm the temperature settings (Set Temperature, Hysteresis, Work Mode) are appropriate for your application.
    • Check if the Emergency Stop function is active (displaying 'OFF').
