LKMSW002
Overview
Linkoze Motion Sensor detects human movement with passive infrared technology. It is able to connect with internet without a hub, and is able to send instant notification to the user when it is activated by a movement detection. With Linkoze cloud services, this low-energy sensor can be part of the smart scenes and provide essential trigger conditions for home automation.
App Installation
Meshhub App is the mobile platform for controlling Linkoze devices. You can search “Meshhub” in the mobile application store to install the App.
Activate the Sensor
Slide down the rear cover to open the device case. Then put two batteries into the product.
Device Pairing
Long press the reset button for 10 seconds and release, the device is ready to be paired when the green LED flashes.
Open the App and click the “+” button on the upper right corner, then click the sensor button in the “Add a device” panel and follow the instructions in the app to pair the device.
After the sensor is paired, when human motion is detected, the red LED will be turned on and the sensor will send an alarm signal. The cloud will receive the signal and pushes you notification, as well as triggering your preset automation. You can long press the device button in the main page of the App to inspect sensor status and view alarm history.
Device Installation
Install the product where persons may be detected to cross. It is recommended that the product is about 2.2m above the ground, as shown in the following figure.
Remove the protective film from the adhesive on the base and attach the base to the installation position. Then mount the product to the base.
Automation
The automation function is available in the App to connect different devices. Each automation contains a series of trigger conditions and target actions. The target actions will be automatically triggered when the conditions are met.
To set up an automation, click the “+” button in the upper right corner at the automation page. You can use the sensor as a trigger condition and create target actions with other Linkoze appliances.
Note
Ensure that there is no obstacle in front of the product’s lens. Otherwise, the detection result may be inaccurate.
After an alarm, if continuous motion is detected, the sensor won’t send an alarm signal. Until there is no motion detected for 1 minute, the sensor restores to normal status.
Install the product away from objects that may cause temperature changes, such as the air conditioner, fan, refrigerator, and oven. Do not expose the product to the sun.

These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
— Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
— Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
— Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
— Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. The device can be used in portable exposure condition without restriction.
