Usage Guide

Get the AiDot App

Download the AiDot App by scanning the QR code below or searching for AiDot on the App Store or Google Play.

Connect to the AiDot App
Step 1: Open the AiDot app and sign in or create a new account.

Note: Users can set the theme of the AiDot app by navigating to User → Settings → Theme Color,Step 2: Press and hold the controller’s button until the lights cycle between colors and warm white to indicate pairing mode has been initiated.
Step 3:

1. Tap “Add Device” or the “+” button.
2. Tap the “Nearby” button,
3. Select your device.
4. Select a 2.4 GHz home network.
5. Enter the password.6. Device added successfully.

Notes:

1. Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your mobile device.
2. If Wi-Fi permission has not been granted, the device adding process will fail.
3. If you cannot find your device in the app, press and hold the button on the controller for 5 seconds to restore factory settings and enter pairing mode again.

Calm	The Calm mode offers a tranquil music experience with soothing lighting that matches the slow tempo.
Suitable music genres	Age, Ambient.
Smooth	The Smooth mode suits gentle, flowing rhythms with subtle lighting changes that follow the music.
Suitabl genrese music	Folk, Trip-Hop, Country Music, and Classical.
Medium	The Medium mode enhances lively and energetic music with responsive lighting that quickly adjusts to rhythm changes.
Suitable music genres	Pop, World Music, A Cappella, Bossa Nova, Jazz, R&B, House, Techno
Lively	The Lively mode highlights dynamic performances with rapid light flashes and color transitions.
Suitabl genrese music	Rock, Hip-Hop & Rap, Gospel, Grime, Soul, Funk, Grunge
Rapid	The Rapid mode is designed for intense, fast-paced beats with quick light blinks synchronized to the rhythm.
Suitable music genres	Disco, Heavy Metal, and Electronic Dance Music.
