Product Usage Instructions
- Turn on the power of the router connected to the Internet.
- Press the button on the remote control.
- Select General Network Wi-Fi Connection.
- When the network search is complete, the list of networks available for connection is shown.
- Select a network to connect.

- Q: What should I do if I cannot see any networks available for connection?
- A: Ensure that the router is properly connected to the Internet and that the Wi-Fi feature is enabled. You may also try restarting the router and your device.

Connecting to the Network
- Turn on the power of the router connected to the Internet.
- Press the
button on the remote control.
- Select
→ General→Network→Wi-Fi Connection.
- When the network search is complete, the list of networks available for connection is shown.
- Select a network to connect.
If your wireless Router is password protected, enter the password configured for the router.
Disconnecting to the Network
- Select
→ General→Network→Wi-Fi Connection. → Click “Disconnect” mark
Power consumption of Network standby mode: Under 2.00 W
- TV Product: A Device mode is automatic to standby mode or network standby mode when theuser has not interacted for 4 hours
- Monitor(Screens) product: When not receiving signals from any external source for more than 10 seconds, automatically switch to standby mode within 10 minutes
Quick Start Guide
- Press the Smart
button on your remote. Then use the arrow keys to navigate to the Settings
menu. Press OK to continue.
- Navigate to Network > Connection Setting, then press OK on your remote.
- Make sure Start is highlighted, then press OK on your remote.
- Choose your wireless network from the list, then press OK on your remote.
- If Wi-Fi security is enabled on your network, enter your Wi-Fi Password (also called Network Security Key/WPA Key/WEP Key depending on the security type).
- Wait while the Blu-ray Player attempts to connect. This can take up to 2 minutes, pressing cancel will start the process from the beginning.
- Click Next, (the rest of this screen is for advanced users).
- If all goes well, you’re done!

Advanced Setup
If you’re an advanced user, you may have your SSID Broadcast disabled. To connect to a hidden network:
- Open Settings > Network > Connection Setting > Advanced Setting.
- Choose Wireless > Network Name (SSID), then follow the on-screen steps.
If you’re an advanced user, you may prefer using WPS to connect. To connect using WPS:
- Open Settings > Network > Connection Setting > Advanced Setting.
- Choose Wireless, then either PBC to use the WPS button on the router, or PIN to use the router’s web interface WPS PIN feature.
If you’re an advanced user, you may have a Static LAN. To configure static IP:
- Follow the same steps found in Quick Setup, except in step 7 simply choose Static for IP Mode and enter your static information.
Troubleshooting
- My network does not appear in the network list
- Ensure the wireless router is powered on.
- Ensure the Blu-ray Player is within range of the wireless router with minimal obstacles between.
- Note: The wireless receiver built into the Blu-ray Player may not be as strong as other devices.
- Restart the Blu-ray Player and wireless router (unplug them then plug them back in).
- For Advanced Users: Make sure the router has SSID Broadcast enabled.
- If the issue persists, Contact Us.
- Unable to join – Incorrect password
- Contact your Internet Service Provider or router manufacturer for help obtaining the correct Wi-Fi password.
- Restart the Blu-ray Player and wireless router (unplug them then plug them back in).
- Wi-Fi passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure you mind capital versus lowercase.
- If the issue persists, Contact Us.
- Unable to join – Other Error
- Ensure the wireless router is powered on.
- Ensure the Blu-ray Player is within range of the wireless router with minimal obstacles between.
- Note: The wireless receiver built into the Blu-ray Player may not be as strong as other devices.
- Restart the Blu-ray Player and wireless router (unplug them then plug them back in).
- For Advanced Users: Make sure the router has MAC Filtering disabled.
- For Advanced Users: Make sure the router has DHCP enabled, or that you have the appropriate static IP settings programmed into the Blu-ray Player.
- If the issue persists, Contact Us.
- Joined network – No Internet access
- Check other devices for Internet access. If none of your devices have Internet access, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
- Restart the Blu-ray Player and wireless router (unplug them then plug them back in).
- For Advanced Users: Check the router’s firewall settings.
- For Advanced Users: Check the static IP settings.
- If the issue persists, Contact Us.
