Do not use the product if it is obviously defective or if it makes loud and unusual noises. Normal operating temperature is 5°C to 40°C, lower or higher temperatures may damage the product. Clean the product only with a soft dry cloth.   3. Installation
    Do not install or connect a damaged device. This product is designed to work with game consoles and computers via wi-fi. Follow the connection instructions in the user manual and the devices you wish to connect it to.

    Observe all necessary precautions when connecting this product to a charging device.

Important health information

  1. RSI Syndrome: Repetitive Motion Injury and Eye Strain – ⚠ WARNING: Using gamepads, keyboards, mice, or other electronic input devices can cause serious injuries or disorders.
    After a few hours, video games can irritate the muscles, wrists, skin, or eyes. RSI stands for “Repetitive Motion Injury.” RSI syndrome occurs as a result of small, repeated movements. Typical symptoms are pain in the fingers, wrists, arms, or neck. If you experience pain, numbness, or weakness in these areas of the body, please consult a doctor as soon as possible. Please follow these instructions to avoid problems such as tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, skin irritation, or eye strain. Avoid playing for too long periods of time. Parents are advised to ensure that their children play for adequate periods of time. Even if you don’t think you need it, take a 10- to 15-minute break every hour of play, get up, and walk around. If you experience fatigue or pain in your hands, wrists, arms, or eyes, stop playing and rest for several hours before playing again. If your hands, wrists, arms, or eyes become sore during or after playing, stop playing and see a doctor. When playing a video game: Sit or stand as far away from the screen as possible; Play on the smallest screen available; Don’t play if you are tired or need a rest; Play in a well-lit room; Take a 15-minute break every hour.

Connecting the controller in wired mode (PC / PS4 / Android)

  • Connect the controller wire to the controller via the USB-C connector, and to the machine via the standard USB connector.
  • The LED bar will start flashing to indicate that the controller is charging.
  • The controller is now on and ready to use.

Connecting the controller in Bluetooth mode (PC / Android)

  • Turn on the controller with the central button, keep it pressed until the LED bar flashes twice every two seconds.
  • Follow the instructions of your device to synchronize the controller: it appears under the name “Wireless controller”.
  • Once paired, the LED bar remains lit with a color depending on the number of controllers already connected to the machine.

Connecting the controller in Dongle mode (Nintendo Switch / PS4 / Android)

  • Plug the dongle into a free USB port on the machine.
  • Turn on the controller with the central button, keep it pressed until the LED bar flashes twice every two seconds.
  • Press the central button on the dongle: the LED bar on the controller turns white as soon as the connection is established.

Setting up palettes
The M1, M2, M3, and M4 paddles on the back of the controller are programmable so they can have the same functions as the action buttons.
The M1 M2 M3 M4 paddles can remap a maximum of 14 buttons

  • M1 palette has the function of button 1 by default
  • M2 palette has the function of button 3 by default
  • M3 palette has the function of button 4 by default
  • M4 palette has the function of button 2 by default

Using Programmable Palettes
There are 2 modes of setting palettes:

  • Mode A Remapping: 1 or more buttons can be set on 1 palette
  • Mode B Macro: sequences of functions of several buttons can be set on 1 palette.

To reset all paddles to their default settings, hold the center pad until the controller vibrates.

Mode A : Remapping
Example of operation on the M1 paddle

  1. First press the M1 paddle and hold it without releasing it. After a few seconds the LED strip flashes.
  2. Simultaneously press the button(s) to be assigned to the paddle, for example L1 and R2
  3. Press M1 again, the LED strip turns off, the setting is successfully completed. Now if you press the M1 paddle, it will have the L1 and R2 functions that you have chosen.
  4. Each paddle can replace one or more of the following buttons: 1, 2, 3, 4, L1, L2, R1, R2, right joystick, left joystick, directional cross (up/down/right/left buttons)
    In some games, the buttons are already programmed to perform several functions.
  5. Memorizing settings: once you have configured a paddle, it retains the configured function(s).
  6. The setting instructions for other palettes are the same as the steps above.

If you do not press the buttons to be remapped simultaneously, the palette will immediately switch to B mode.

Mode B: Macro
Example of operation on the M1 pallet

  1. First press and hold the M1 paddle without releasing it. After a few seconds the LED strip will flash.
  2. Press any button you want to set in Macro mode, for example down arrow, down-right arrow, right arrow, and button 1.
  3. Press M1 again to confirm the setting; the turbo LED will turn off, the setting is successfully completed. Now if you press the M1 paddle, the programmed actions will be chained in the order in which you pressed the buttons concerned with the exact timing).
  4. Each paddle can replace one or more of the following buttons: 1, 2, 3, 4,, L1, L2, R1, R2, right stick, left stick, directional pad (up/down/right/left buttons). In some games, the buttons are already programmed to perform several actions.
  5. Memorizing settings: Once you have configured a palette, it retains the configured sequence(s) of actions.
  6. The instructions for configuring other palettes are identical to the steps above.
