- Do not open the power supply unit under any circumstances. Risk of high voltage inside the power supply unit!
- The guarantee expires as soon as the power supply cover is removed and/or the guarantee seal is damaged (see also point “warranty notice”)
- Only trained specialists are allowed to repair the power supply unit
- Do not insert any objects into the ventilation grille and/or the other openings of the power supply unit
- Do not place any objects in front of the ventilation grille and/or the other power supply openings to avoid blocking the airflow
- Connect only the modular cables to the power supply which are included in the delivery
- Store the power supply in a dry environment and keep it away from any kind of humidity
- The power supply unit shall only be used for the integration into a computer system. Any other type of use is strictly prohibited!
Warranty
Warranty notice
LC-Power offers a 3-year manufacturer warranty for this product. Within the warranty period, LC-Power will repair or replace your power supply if damage occurs due to a mistake in manufacturing. We will not be able to provide service if:
- the seal and/or serial number sticker has been removed, damaged, replicated or mistreated in any other form.
- the product has been installed in a wrong way, altered, or misused in any other way than its original purpose of use.
- you upgrade to new components that are not supported by this product.
- damages occur due to natural disasters or force majeure.
Please contact your retailer about his servicing method, he will take care of the product exchange or repair within the warranty period. A direct replacement through us is not possible, a case of service will always be handled by your retailer/trade partner.
