Product Usage Instructions

Powering the Camera:

  1. Connect the camera to the power source using the Type-C cable and camera adapter.

Pairing the Baby Monitor & the Camera:

  1. Default pairing: Camera and monitor automatically pair when powered on.
  2. To add more cameras: Press the Pair Button on the camera,select through options, and the monitor will pair with the camera.

Placing the Camera:
Place the camera 4.9-6.6ft away from your baby for safety and optimal viewing during night vision mode.

Switching Cameras:

  1. Manually switch cameras: Press the CAM button when multiple cameras are connected to switch between single-screen or split-screen mode.
  2. Turn off multiple cameras split-screen mode: Press the CAM button for 3 seconds.

Volume / Brightness Adjustment:
Press to adjust the monitor’s volume or brightness in the monitoring image.

Camera Setting:

  1. Step 1: Enter menu page, choose Cameras, and press OK button.
  2. Step 2: Select desired option (e.g., Loop Preview, Add Camera) and press OK button.
  3. Step 3: Press the camera’s pairing button for pairing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add additional cameras to the monitor?
To add more cameras, press the Pair Button on the new camera,select through options, and the monitor will automatically pair with the new camera.

Can I manually switch between connected cameras?
Yes, you can manually switch between connected cameras by pressing the CAM button on the monitor.

Charging & Powering Baby Monitor

  1. Connect the monitor adapter to the monitor and to a power outlet.
  2. Unplug the unit when its power indicator turns off, indicating a full charge.
  3. Press and hold the power button on the monitor for 3 seconds, the monitor is turned on.

Powering the Camera

  1. Connect the camera to the power source via the Type-C cable and camera adapter.

Pairing the baby Monitor& the Camera

By default, one camera has been paired with the monitor when manufactured. When you power on the monitor and camera, they will automatically pair.

To add more cameras, press the Pair Button at the top of the lens, select through VIZOLINK-VB10S-Baby-Monitor-FIG- (3), and then the monitor will pair automatically with the camera.

For more detail, reference the step – CAMERA SETTING.

Only use the power adapters included in the package.
Do not place the camera and power cord within the reach of your baby.

The night vision is automatically activated in a dim environment. The camera has 10 high-intensity infrared LEDs for picking up clear images in the dark.

Talk-back
Press and hold Talk Button to talk to your baby, release it to exit the talking mode.

  • When it’s mute or the speaker volume is too low, you may not be able to hear the baby.

Product not powering on?

Check that the camera and monitor are turned on.

Check whether the camera is properly connected to the power source. Whether the power indicator of the camera is on.

Check that the monitor is of enough battery (it’ll auto shut off when battery level icon is red on the monitor).

 

Baby monitor can’t connect with the camera?

Check whether the monitor is of low battery. Charge it in time to restore good connection.

Check whether the camera is well connected to the power.

Check whether there are any large metallic objects including metallic doors, refrigerators, mirrors, etc, placed between the camera and monitor thus blocking the radio signals.

Check whether there’s any other 2.4GHz product is used nearby like WiFi routers,

microwave ovens, which may interfere the connection.

 

Nothing shown when I view a camera?

If nothing above is involved, please retry to pair.

Check all connections to the camera (power cable plugging and pairing). Check whether the screen is in sleep mode. Press any button to awake it. Check whether the camera is within range of the monitor.

Adjust the monitor antenna to vertical position for better signal transfer.

No sound from the monitor? Check whether the system sound volume is set High or Low. Check if it is set to mute.
Black and white pictures? Night vision LED may be ON.Please turn on room lights to force it out of the night mode.
Choppy videos? Check whether the camera is near the monitor and that there’ re no obstacles between them.

Adjust the monitor antenna to vertical position for better signal transfer.

 

Too much noise?

Volume may be too high.

The camera and monitor may be put too close;keep them at least 4.9ft apart. The camera may be too out of range.Please keep it within 32.8ft to the monitor.
