My Photos Aren’t Full Screen: Optimizing Full-Screen Display with Crop, Scale, and Zoom
We are happy to announce an updated PhotoShare Frame app experience that allows you to do so much more! Including, cropping the photo before sending to frames.
Crop: Tailor Your Memories
To ensure your photos fill the screen in landscape orientation:

Open the PhotoShare Frame app.

Select the desired frame(s).

Choose the photo to crop.

Tap Enhance > Crop > Landscape.
Now your photo will fit the frame perfectly when it is in landscape position!
Scale: Perfect Fit for Every Photo
For a better fit on your frame, adjust the photo’s scale directly on the frame device:
- In Slideshow mode, select the photo.
- Choose Scale and select from four scaling options.
Zoom: Close-Up on the Details
Some frames feature Auto Zoom In/Out. To use this:
- In Slideshow mode, tap the photo.
- Tap Zoom to toggle the zoom setting.
