OPERATION INSTRUCTION
Power ON/OFF function
- Install the battery and open the protective cover, the meter will automatically turn on to measure the light intensity.
- In the OFF mode while protective cover’s removed, short press „E“ key to manually turn on the meter. Press and hold the „E“ key for 3 seconds to turn off the instrument manually.
- The meter shuts off automatically after 15 minutes inactivity.
HOLD/MAX/MIN function
- In measuring mode, short press the „H“ key, the „HOLD“ symbol is displayed on the top of the screen, which indicates the data is freezed.
- Press the „H“ key again, the „MAX“ symbol will be displayed at the top of the screen, the captured maximum light reading will be displayed on the LCD
- Press the „H“ key again, the „MIN“ symbol will be displayed at the top of the screen, and the captured minimum light reading will be displayed on the LCD
- Press the „H“ key again, the meter will exit the hold/max/min mode and return to normal measurement mode.
- Press and hold the „H“ key for 3 seconds, the instrument will clear the record MAX/MIN value and recapture the MAX/MIN value.
REC memory function
- In the ON mode, short press „E“ key, the instrument enters into REC mode, and the „REC“ symbol is displayed on the top left of the screen. Press „H“ key to view the record 1 to 12 measurement values in turn.
- In the measurement mode, press „E“ and „H“ at the same time to store the desired values, which can be stored in 12 groups in cyclic memory.
°C / °F. Conversion function
- In the ON mode, open the battery cover, short press „S“ key to convert the temperature unit °C / °F.
Lux/Fc conversion function
- In the ON mode, open the battery cover, long press the „S“ key to convert the illuminance unit Lux/Fc
NOTES
- The instrument has been calibrated before delivery. Please do not modify the calibration parameters without professional equipment and personnel.
- [Note] This instrument has been well calibrated before delivery, the recommended calibration interval is one year.
- Repair or maintenance should be done by professionals, not by manuals alone.
- Wipe the case with a cloth regularly, do not use solvents or detergents to clean the meter
- Please take out the battery when not using for a long time to avoid the battery liquid leaking out and corroding the meter.
- When the battery power is low, LCD will show „
„ symbol, then you must replace the new battery to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy.
- Please do not use it in high temperature and high humidity place.

DISPOSAL
For the disposal of batteries in the EU, the (EU) 2023/1542 directive of the European Parliament applies. Due to the contained pollutants, batteries must not be disposed of as household waste. They must be given to collection points designed for that purpose. In order to comply with the EU directive 2012/19/EU we take our devices back. We either re-use them or give them to a recycling company which disposes of the devices in line with law.
