Product Usage Instructions
Power Controls
Switch On: Press together the Front and Back
buttons for 3 seconds until you hear a jingle. The LED will be
steady for 1 second.
Switch Off: Press together the Front and Back
buttons for 3 seconds until you hear a jingle. The LED will be
steady for 3 seconds.
Volume Adjustment
While the device is on and during playback, keep the Front or
Back button pressed to increase or decrease the volume
respectively. A beep will indicate volume changes.
Note: Music, phone calls, and intercom volumes can be adjusted
independently.
Pairing
To pair with different devices like Phone, TFT, GPS, Midland
Intercom, OBI, or Universal Intercom, follow the specific pairing
instructions provided in the manual.
Intercom Functionality
The device supports one-to-one communication and Conference mode
allowing communication with multiple intercom devices
simultaneously. Use the Control button to access intercom
functions.
Open/Close Intercom Manually
Note that while in Conference mode, you can receive phone calls
from the device paired to Control. The music will pause during the
call and resume after closing the additional intercom
communication.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How many devices can I pair with the product?
You can pair a maximum of 3 intercom devices (Midland, OBI, or
other brands), one for each button. Additional pairings overwrite
the previous ones.
Can I adjust volumes separately for music, phone calls, and
intercom?
Yes, each type of audio source has independent volume control
which can be adjusted while listening.

Attention: you can pair a maximum of 3 intercom devices (Midland, OBI or other brand), one for each button. A new pairing on the same button overwrites the previous one.
INTERCOM FUNCTIONALITY
The “Intercom” communication allows you to talk to one person at a time, through any of the paired intercoms, or to talk to more than one intercom device at the same time (Conference mode).
FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION
Front button – Rider 1: (Midland/OBI/Universal Intercom)
Back button – Rider 3 (Midland/OBI/Universal Intercom)
Intercom communication one person at a time When the intercom communication is alreathen open the Intercom communication to another person.
Conference mode When the intercom communication already open to one person, just open the intercom conversation. In Conference mode you can talk up to 4 people in a chain (Conference to 4). Each intercom device can have two communications open simultaneously.
Control button – Rider 2 (Midland/OBI/Universal Intercom) – Vox
Intercom functions are accessed by pressing once the buttons corresponding to the pairings.
OPEN/CLOSE INTERCOM AND OBI MANUALLY
Note: in the device with the Conference mode activated (intercom open to other two devices), you can however receive a phone call from the device paired to CONTROL (the music in background and the second device will be termporarily disconnected and will be connected again when the second intercom is closed).

Note: To enable/disable VOX (voice-activated intercom communication), enable/disable Noise Gate (microphone mute in the absence of voice), and enable/disable AGC (automatic volume adjustment based on speed), use the Midland Connect App.
OPEN INTERCOM BY VOICE (VOX)
