A bit of everything
Designed with two Type-CTM input ports to guarantee pristine connection to your MacBook Pro®. The ThunderboltTM 3 technology supported Type-CTM port supports Power Delivery of up to 85 W, UHD video output of up to 5K, and data transfer of up to 40 Gbit/s, while the USB 3.0 Type-CTM port still supports data transfer of up to 5 Gbit/s.
High speed
ThunderboltTM 3 offers high speed connections and versatility. It has twice the bandwidth of ThunderboltTM 2 and combines data transmission, video output and power in a single, compact port. With the integration of USB Type-CTM, the fast ThunderboltTM 3 port has become even more practical with a physical feature that features a twist-proof USB Type-CTM port, making it truly universal.

Perfect addition
The DockingStation uses two Type-CTM ports on your MacBook Pro® to connect additional external devices. The slim, minimalist design with aluminum finish complements the new MacBook Pro® perfectly. And once you’re done, you can slip the DockingStation into the included leatherette pouch to store it or take it with you.
