Power Button

  • Function: Switch the machine on and turn off the display.
  • To Switch On: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.

Power button

Function 1: switch machine

  • In the power-off state, press and hold the [Power button] for 2 seconds to turn on the power of the machine, and the machine will start working automatically.
  • In the power-on state, press and hold the [Power button] for 2 seconds. The machine will automatically save the video files and settings and shut down.
  • Function 2: Turn off the display
  • Press the [Power button] in the power-on state to turn off the display, and press it again to turn on the display.

Mode key

  • Function 1: Mode function
  • In standby mode, short-press the [Mode key] to switch between different modes (recording/photographing/playback).

Function 2: Menu function
In standby mode, short press the [Mode key] to enter the menu setting page, and the user can set some functions according to their own needs.

0K key

  • Function 1: Start/stop video recording
  • In video recording mode, short press the [Enter key] to start recording, short press the [Enter key] again to stop recording.
  • Function 2: Photographing the key

Down key

  • After the rear lens is connected, the dual camera will be displayed automatically. In video recording mode, short-press the [Up key] to switch between the front lens, picture-in-picture, and rear
    lens; in photo mode, short-press the [Up key] to switch between the front lens and the rear lens.
  • Reset button [ RESET]
  • If the recorder crashes or accidentally operates incorrectly, please find a small stuck pin and press the reset button on the side of the fuselage, and the machine will restart normally.

Installation guide

  1. Turn off the car engine.
  2. Insert the TF card into the card slot of the recorder
    [Note] Please use a high-speed TF card (Class 1 C) or above.) With a capacity of not less than 16GB, the TF card supports a maximum of 128 GB.
  3. Fix the recorder at a suitable position on the front windshield of the car.
  4. Plug the car charger into the car cigarette lighter. Use the charging extension cable to connect the USB port of the recorder to the car charger.
  5. [Note] When wiring, the charging extension cable can be laid along the edge of the car windshield-

The rear lens can be installed on the rear of the vehicle by sticking or screwing, and pay attention to the correct direction when installing-Wiring can be run along the rcx)f of the vehicle- After the installation is complete, connect the rear plug to the rear camera interface of the recorde.r

  1. Use the automatic recording function
    Start the car engine, the recorder will automatically start and start the recording function, turn off the car engine, the recorder will automatically save the recorded content and shut down. The recordedvideos are saved in segments on the TF card. When the TF card is full, the recorder will ovemrite the earlier recorded videos. The recording time quantum can be set in the menu.
    [Note] When the TF card is full, the recorder will overwrite the earlier recorded videos.
    The front normal folder is “front norm,” and the back normal folder is “back norm”
    The front lock folder is ‘frontEMR” and the back lock folder is “back EMR”
    The front photo folder is ‘front_photo’ and the back photo folder is ‘back_photo”
  2. Using the manual recording function
    Press the recorder [power button], press the confirmation button to stan recording after the recorder is staffed, the recording dots will flash and the recording time will be displayed- If you need to shut down, pressand hold the [Power button] for 2 seconds, and the recorder will automatically save the record and shut down-
  3. Collision sensing function
    This machine has a built-in collision sensor (G-sensor)- If there is a serious vehicle collision, the recorder will lock the original video at the time of the accident and save it as a special video. At the same time, the red dot on the upper left corner of the screen will change to A small yellow dot, meaning that this video is a locked file. Locked videos will not be covered by loops-
    [Note] The collision sensing function will only work when it is turned on.
    [Tips] The collision sensor (G-sensor) supports sensitivity adjustment, and the setting can be changed in the settings menu according to actual needs.
  4. Date and time settings in standby mode, short-press the mode button to enter the menu setting interface, or click the setting button to select the date setting. Swipe up and down to adjust the date and time, then click key [0K] to save the set time.
    ( Note) To effectively record the date and time of obtaining evidence of driving safety accidents, please set the correct time before using the device.
  5. One-button mute function
    In the working state, click the screen recording button, the microphone on the screen will become a prohibition icon, indicating that the video recording function is turned off, and the recorder only records videos but not sounds- When the recording button is clicked again, themicrophone on the screen turns into a recording icon, indicating that the recording function is resumed-
    [Tips] The settings will be saved automatically, and there is no need to set the mute function after turning on the phone again.
  6. Shooting file playback
    In the video recording and photo taking interface in the power-on state, press the menu button to enter the playback interface-

Reversing visibility First of all, the car charger must be connected to the recorder, and the red wire on the cable camera is connected to the reversing light- After connecting the car charger, the driving recorder will automatically stan the recording state, and if there is a reversing car in any state, the reversing video will be displayed. After the reverse view is over, the recorder will automatically return to the video recording mode.
  8. Parking monitoring
    When the parking monitoring function is turned on and the recorder is in the off state, if the car vibrates slightly (the trigger sensitivity can be set in the menu according to needs), then the recorder will automaticallyturn on and record for 30 seconds, and then turn off (This video is a locked video)
    [Note] This function is highly sensitive, and frequent startups will consume a lot of power until the 11th hour is exhausted. This function is closed by default; it is recommended to turn it on with caution, and it needs to be manually turned off.
  9. License plate number
    Select the license plate number to enter the license plate setting interface, then press [0K] to set the license plate-Using [up key] or [down key] to select the character number, than select [0K] to jump tothe next digit setting, after the last digit is set, press the [0K] button again to confirm the license plate number to be changed.
  10. WIFI function

Clicking the wifi icon on the recording interface and photo interface to turn on/off the wifi can find the wifi option on the settings interface, and the detailed information of the wifi. After connecting to the wifi from the mobile phone, the user can open the APP[RoadCam] to operate the machine from the mobile phone-
