Introduction
The Full 3D 4K 60HZ 1X2 HDMI splitter distributes 1 HDMI source to 2 HDMI displays simultaneously, 3D compatible. The splitter allows you to take the video and audio signal from one source and then display it on two HDMI displays simultaneously, without any loss, lag, flash or drop in resolution. The splitter can also be placed at the end of along HDMI Cable to regenerate the HDMI signa
NOTE: This product does not extend monitors, only duplicates. Each screen will show the same pictures.

WHEN YOU USE THE FUNCTION OF AUTO VIDEO SCALING/downsizing, PLEASE NOTE:
- The auto video scaling /downscaling function doesn’t support a DVI monitor.
- The computer or the input source does not have automatic resolution; downgrade is not supported.
- As long as one display doesn’t support HDR, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, etc., it can’t be downgraded. Also, Hertz (HZ) will not change either.

Step 1: Plug in the output device, such as a TV or monitor, using an HDMI 2.0 cable.
Step 2: Connect the input source, such as a PC, using an HDMI 2.0 cable
Step 3: For a more stable signal, connect the USB power cable to a wall outlet using a 5V 1A adapter.
- For 4K output, suggest using an HDMI 2.0 AWG26 cable, cable length ≤16ft; For 1080P output, suggest using an HDMI 2.0 cable. cable lenahth <32. 8ft

FAQ
Q: Audio output failure, how to set?
A: If plug the laptop on splitter, but no sound, try to process as: Setting -> system(display, audio notification, power) -> audio -> choose output the audio device; If hook the other device like TV box, try to set the input source's audio format to PCM mode.
Q: It supports auto video scaling/ downscale?
A: Yes, if monitor 1 support up to 4K, the monitor 2 support up to 1080P, input source support 4K, monitor 2 will downscale to 1080P automatically. Monitor 1 will show 4K. Note: 1. The Auto video scaling / downscale function doesn't support a DVI monitor. 2.PC or the input source does not have automatic resolution, it does not support downgrading. 3. AS long as one display doesn't support HDR, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, etc., it can't be downgraded. Also, Hertz (HZ) will not change either. 4. Not support resolution downscale from 4x2K@60Hz 4:2:2 to 1080P.
Q: The screen always flickers, signal cut in and off, what should I do?
A: 1. Connect power adapter to supply enough power; 2. Use an HDMI 2.0 AWG 26 or higher version HDMI cable, the length not exceeding 3m/9.8feet.
Only one screen is working properly. how to set?
A: Because the resolution of the 2 monitors is inconsistent, adjust the resolution of the input source to the lowest monitor's resolution.
Q: This HDMI Splitter not working, no any signal, how to set?
A: 1. Reinsert the power adapter or replace it with a new 5V/1 A power adapter; 2. Check if the connection is correct. Plug the input device into the in port, plug the display device into the out port; 3. Set the input source's resolution to 1080p, replace the HDMI 2.0 AWG26 cable, length within 3m; 4. if the signal source is a computer, check the computer display settings to see if the external monitor is recognised. If recognized, set to mirror the main display, do not choose to disconnect the display connection.
Q: Why is there a purple picture?
A: Since turned on Dolby horizon, suggest turn off the Dolby horizon of the input source.
