Product Usage Instructions

Collector Supply

For HV mode, set the max. peak voltage and current according to
the specifications. For HC mode, adjust the settings as needed.

Step Generator

Set the step rate and pulse width within the specified ranges
for accurate measurements.

Measurement

Use the appropriate collector voltage range based on the mode of
operation for precise readings.

FAQ

Q: What should I do if the pulse width is too narrow?

A: If the pulse width is narrow, adjust the settings to widen it
within the allowable range to generate the max. peak voltage.

Q: How to calibrate the collector supply output?

A: The collector supply output can be calibrated by
enabling/disabling the output and adjusting the floating capacity
as per the instructions provided.
