Collector Supply
For HV mode, set the max. Peak voltage and current according to the specifications. For HC mode, adjust the settings as needed.
Step Generator
Set the step rate and pulse width within the specified ranges for accurate measurements.
Measurement
Use the appropriate collector voltage range based on the mode of operation for precise readings.
Ideal for measuring the characteristics of various semiconductors such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, transistors, and diodes etc.

Q: What should I do if the pulse width is too narrow?
A: If the pulse width is narrow, adjust the settings to widen it within the allowable range to generate the max. peak voltage.

A: The collector supply output can be calibrated by enabling/disabling the output and adjusting the floating capacity as per the instructions provided.
