This Android 14 GMS release 14-09-18.00-UG-U68-STD-GRT-04 covers the TC15 series product. Please see, device compatibility under the Addendum Section for more details. This release requires a mandatory step OS Update method to upgrade to A14 BSP software from A13 and A11. Please refer to the more details under the “OS Update Installation Requirements and Instructions” section.

- PR-55368: Fixed issue where the DPR setting is different when changing the display size manually versus when changing over to Stagenow.

- Enable Network Selection for EHS Users. The device operator can view and select an available network for connectivity while the device is locked down (EHS).
- Skip SUW barcode Google restriction-A14:
- Due to new mandatory privacy requirements from Google, the Setup Wizard bypass feature has been discontinued on devices running Android 13 and later.
- Consequently, it is now restricted to skip the Setup Wizard screen, and the StageNow barcode will not function during the Setup Wizard, displaying a toast message stating “Not supported.”
- If the Setup Wizard has already been completed, and its data was configured to persist on the device in the past, there is no need to repeat this process following an Enterprise Reset.

Resolved Issues
- SPR-55016: Added support to remap a key with the flashlight application.
- SPR-55073: Fixed issue where incorrect information was being recorded in the Rx Logger Resource file.

- Allows the User to select a portion of available device storage to be used as system RAM. This feature can be turned ON/OFF from the device admin only.

- Added support for DHCP Option 119. (DHCP option 119 would work only on managed devices over WLAN only and the WLAN profile should be created by the device owner.)

- To update from A13 to the A14 release, the user must follow the steps below.
- Step 1: Device MUST have an A13 September 2024 LG BSP Image or a greater A13 BSP version installed, which is available on the zebra.com portal.
- Step 2: Upgrade to this release, A14 BSP.
- To update from A11 to A14 release, the user must follow the steps below.
- Step-1: Device MUST have an A11 October 2024 LG BSP Image or a greater A11 BSP version installed, which is available on the zebra.com portal.
- Step 2: Upgrade to this release, A14 BSP.
