GETTING STARTED
- To turn on the device, press button 6; after pressing, you will hear a sound signal and see that the power indicator lights up.
- To turn off, press button 6. If you do not use the device for 5 minutes, it will turn off automatically.
- When you turn on the device, the low sensitivity mode (48-1000 V) is automatically activated; press button 7 to switch the sensitivity mode to high (12-1000 V).
- Apply the tip of the tester to an AC power source. When voltage is detected, a beep will sound and the indicator will light up. If the signal is weak, the indicator color will be yellow, and if the signal is strong, it will be red. The beep will become faster or slower depending on the intensity of the signal.
ATTENTION!
Before each use, check the functionality of the tester on a known working circuit! - Phase and zero are determined by placing the tip of the tester to the wire. If the red signal is on and the sound is intense, it means that we have brought the tip to the phase wire. If the yellow signal is on and the sound indicator does not make a sound or makes it at long intervals, it means that we have not approached the phase wire.
ATTENTION!
When identifying, you must activate the high-sensitivity mode - A short press of button 8 turns the flashlight on/off. A long press of button 8 turns the laser pointer on/off.
- When the battery voltage drops below 2.4 V, the device beeps three times, flashes red three times and turns off. After this, it is prohibited to operate the device until the battery is replaced.
