1. Connect YUNBAO:
Power On: YUNBAO will auto power-on when
plugged in. Ensure it remains connected to power during use.
2. Prepare for Network Connection:
a. Ensure you are in a WiFi environment with a known network and
password.
b. Alternatively, connect a network device with an Ethernet port to
YUNBAO using a cable.
3. Scan QR Code and Connect YUNBAO:
– Open the TAO App, log in, and scan the QR code on the YUNBAO
device.
– YUNBAO’s direct WiFi network name is “YUNBAO + last 8 digits of
the SN code”.
– If you have a TAO Cloud account, log in directly with your
registered phone number.
4. Connect YUNBAO to the Internet:
– Select WiFi, enter the WiFi password (YUNBAO and your phone
must be on the same network).
– Successful connection indicates binding completion.
5. Status Indicators:
– Check device LEDs for power, network, and operational
status.
– LED colors and states indicate various statuses such as power
connected, network issues, and normal operation.
6. Using the TAO App:
Phone Backup:
1. Authorize YUNBAO to access your phone’s photo gallery for
backup.
2. View backups under My YUNBAO on the web.
Device Management:
– Rename your YUNBAO, open web for Cloud storage, and AI Agent
service.
7. YUNBAO Web:
– Obtain the IP Address from the App to access the web
interface.
– Ensure your phone, YUNBAO, and web are on the same network for
connectivity.

Connect YUNBAO

Open the TAO App Log in with your phone number Scan the QR code on the YUNBAO device. YUNBAO’s direct WiFi network name: YUNBAO + last 8 digits of the SN code (found on the device).
If you already have a TAO Cloud account, log in directly with your registered phone number. One TAO account can only bind one YUNBAO device.

Phone Backup
1. Authorize YUNBAO to access your phone’s photo gallery for backup. Spinning icon: Backup in progress. Circular progress bar: Real-time progress. Tap icon: View ongoing tasks. 2. View backups: “YUNBAO Photos” and “YUNBAO Videos” corresponding to “Album” and “Video” under “My YUNBAO” on the web.

Obtain the IP Address for the Web
From the App:
Go to the device management page; the IP address under device info is the web address.
Open a browser and enter the IP, or click “Open Web” to jump to the web.
Your phone, YUNBAO, and web must be on the same network.
ETH: 192.168.123.192 WIFI: 192.168.123.194 SSID: test604
From a monitor: Connect YUNBAO via Ethernet and HDMI to a monitor.
The monitor will show the ETH address (web address).
If WiFi is connected, the monitor will also show its IP for web access.
Monitor, YUNBAO, and web must be on the same network (first three IP digits must match).
