Installation

Assembly of brackets for Rack mounting described in below diagram for 8 Port L2 commercial switch Model

1. Step 1. Attach the Mounting Brackets as below and fasten the brackets using the eight Bracket Screws.
2. Step 2. Mount the device in the rack (Via Optional Rack-Mount kit), using four rack-mounting screws. Be sure to secure the lower rack-mounting screws first to prevent the brackets being bent by the weight of the switch.

Login Access

Access Via Web-GUI:

Steps:

1. Connect your computer to the switch and ensure its IP address is in the same subnet.
2. Open web browser and enter the URL: http://192.168.0.239 to access the Switch’s local web GUI.
3. Use the default login credential (Username is admin and Password is password) to log in to the Switch’s local web page.

If your PC is configured correctly, you should see the login page of the Switch as shown by Image:

• Access Via Console:
  The console access to the Switch can be obtained via the RJ45 console port. An administrator can access device using command line interface (CLI) with following console port setting as part of factory default configuration.

• Parity: None | Flow control: Hardware

• Reset to default: Press and hold for over 10 seconds, and all ports LED will go off and on. Then the device will be reset to factory default settings.
• Change LED display mode: Press the button to change the LED mode to display the PoE status of PoE-enabled ports.
