The Temperature and Humidity Control Device by EMS Kontrol
allows precise control of temperature and humidity devices within
the desired value range. It operates with a supply voltage between
12 V DC and 24 V DC and features 2 relay outputs for efficient
control. The device offers accurate and precise measuring, buzzer
option, long operating life, cleanable filter, easy assembly, and
adjustable relay sensitivity.

Areas of use include HVAC applications, poultry automation and
farms, cold storage, incubation rooms, food storage, air
conditioning cabinets, clean rooms, and laboratories.

Installation Instructions

Unpack the product and open the top cover.
Make cable connections accordingly.

Product Usage Instructions

Set Value Adjustment

To adjust the set value, press and hold the menu button on the
device for 2 seconds. The last set values will appear on the
screen. Use the up and down buttons to increase or decrease the
value for temperature and humidity settings.

NO/NC Value Adjustment

To adjust the NO/NC values, press and hold the menu button on
the device for 12 seconds. The screen will flash, allowing you to
set the values for Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) using
the arrow keys.

What are NO and NC?

NO (Normally Open) opens the contact below the set value and
closes it above, while NC (Normally Closed) closes the contact
below the set value and opens it above.

It can operate w th a supply between 12 V DC and 24 V DC. Depend ng on your temperature and hum d ty dev ce, you can control your dev ces w th the help of our d rect control dev ce or contactor.

In case of damages and malfunct ons ar s ng from external use (l qu d contact, fall ng to the ground, etc.) ask for help from the serv ce. 7- Fa lures due to electr cal connect on errors and electr cal voltage or current errors are not covered by the warranty.

3- If the product w ll be mounted on the wall, you can use the screws and dowels n the package. 4- It starts measur ng 30 seconds after the product s energ zed. HYSTERESIS VALUE ADJUSTMENT Press and hold the menu button on the dev ce for 7 seconds. The last hysteres s values of the dev ce w ll appear and the screen w ll flash where you can change the value. You can sw tch between temperature and hum d ty screens by press ng the menu button for 2 seconds. After reach ng the screen whose value you want to change, you can ncrease or decrease the value w th the up and down buttons. Thus, the temperature and hum d ty hysteres s values are set. After 10 seconds of wa t ng, the current temperature and hum d ty values w ll return to the screen.

NO/NC VALUE ADJUSTMENT Press and hold the menu button on the dev ce for 12 seconds. The temperature screen w ll start flash ng. You can sw tch between temperature and hum d ty screens by press ng the menu button for 2 seconds. After the screen you want to change the value, the des red value s set by us ng the down arrow keys to make the value NO and the up arrow keys to make the value NC. After 10 seconds of wa t ng, the current temperature and hum d ty values w ll return to the screen.

WHAT ARE NO and NC?
NO (Normally Open) opens the contact below the set value and closes the contact above the set value. NC ( Normally Close) closes the contact below the set value and opens the contact above the set value.

SET VALUE DISPLAY
By press ng the up arrow key you can v ew the last set values of the dev ce.
RELAY POSITION
The dot on the far r ght of the screen nd cates whether the relay s closed or open. If the dot s l t, the relay s closed, f not, the relay s open.

CALIBRATION

1- Temperature and hum d ty measurement cal brat on cannot be done on the product. Cal brat on s done at the product on s te. 2- The need for cal brat on due to the commun cat on cable dur ng use should be done on the control panel, not on the product.

1- The warranty per od of the dev ces and apparatus starts from the nvo ce date and s guaranteed for 2 years aga nst manufactur ng defects. 2- Dev ces and apparatus are del vered to the customer n work ng cond t on n our company. On-s te comm ss on ng s subject to serv ce fee. 3- The repa r of the dev ces and apparatus under warranty s carr ed out n our company as a result of send ng them w th the transportat on company contracted by our company. In on-s te serv ces, transportat on and accommodat on expenses of the serv ce personnel belong to the customer. The cost of the work ng t me spent on the road s added to the serv ce fee and the collect on s made n advance. 4- Ma ntenance of dev ces and apparatus s done n our company. Transportat on and transportat on fees of the dev ces and apparatus to and from our company for ma ntenance belong to the customer. 5- In case of malfunct on of the dev ces and apparatus whose warranty per od cont nues, whether the malfunct on s caused by the fault of the customer or the manufacturer s tested n our company and reported w th the report to be ssued by our company. 6- In case of detect on of manufacturer- nduced faults of the dev ces and apparatus whose warranty per od cont nues, the customer may request a replacement or may request that the repa r costs of the dev ces and apparatus be fully covered by the manufacturer, prov ded that t does not exceed the product pr ce. 7- In the event that the faults of the dev ces and apparatus whose warranty per od cont nues are determ ned to be caused by the customer, all costs belong to the customer. 8- If the customer does not nd cate that he/she s aware of the defects n the dev ces and apparatus from the date the warranty per od starts or n cases where he/she s expected to be aware, he/she cannot benefit from Art cle 6. 9- Fa lures ar s ng from the use of dev ces and apparatus contrary to the po nts n the user manual are not covered by the warranty. 10- Dev ces and apparatus are not covered by the warranty f they are beaten, broken or scratched by the customer. 11- Damages caused by the use of dev ces and apparatus of other brands and models w thout the approval of the manufacturer are not covered by the warranty. 12- Errors caused by rust ng, ox dat on and l qu d contact due to work ng n dusty / ac d c / hum d env ronments are not covered by the warranty. 13- Damages that may occur dur ng transportat on of dev ces and apparatus are not covered by the warranty. If the customer w shes, he/she can have transportat on nsurance. 14- Damages caused by ma ns voltage / faulty electr cal nstallat on are not covered by the warranty. 15- Dev ces and apparatus are not covered by the warranty n case of malfunct ons caused by force majeure such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc.

16- All parts of the dev ces and apparatus, nclud ng all parts, are covered by our company’s warranty. 17-If the dev ces and apparatus malfunct on w th n the warranty per od, the t me spent n repa r shall be added to the warranty per od. The repa r per od of the goods shall not exceed 20 work ng days. Th s per od starts from the date of not ficat on of the malfunct on of the goods to the serv ce stat on, n the absence of a serv ce stat on, to the seller, dealer, dealer, agent, representat ve, mporter or manufacturer – manufacturer of the goods. It s poss ble for the consumer to not fy the malfunct on by telephone, fax, e-ma l, reg stered letter w th return rece pt or s m lar means. However, n case of d spute, the burden of proof belongs to the consumer.
