Install

1. Plug the controller into a USB adapter, Please use a 5V2A power supply.
2. Short or long-press the button on the controller to turn on the light. If the light does not light up, contact support for help.
3. Unroll the light, put or stick the light where you want.
4. Take care not to break the light.
5. Any questions or defect issues, please contact us.

Control by app

1. Scan the QR code on the controller to install the APP.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Open the APP, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner, and search new device.
4. APP will show the device found, just add it.
5. Tap the device icon to enter the control panel. Just explore it.

Control by button

1. Short-press or long-press press button on the controller to turn on the light.
2. Long-press the button to turn off the light when the light is on.
3. Short-press press button to change mode when the light is on.

Troubleshooting

1. APP can not find the device.
   • Make sure the phone’s Bluetooth is on.
   • Allow the permissions of the APP. APP needs them to connect the device. Check string light is on.
   • Kill APP, turn off Bluetooth, and turn on Bluetooth again, then start the APP to add the device again.
   • Ensure the phone is within 4ft of the product without obstructions when connecting.
   • Your phone may be incompatible with the APP, try another phone.
2. All the lights don’t work.
   • Ensure the power is on.
   • Connect the APP and turn on the light, and turn up the brightness.
3. Some light beads keep off or fail to work.
   • Check the pixel number setting on the APP.
   • Contact us.
