Product Usage Instructions

Before Beginning:
Adjust the head of the adjustable base all the way up to allow for more room to work.

Assembly Steps:

1. Install T-bracket (L/R) / T-bracket Plate (Straight):
   • Use four 5/16*45 bolts (B) and four nuts (C)
   • Secure the T-Bracket Plate (A) to the head end of the bed base frame.
2. Attach the T bracket-Big (E) to the T BRACKTE PLATE(A):
   • Use two 5/16*20 bolts(D) and two nuts(B)
3. Attach the T bracket – PLATE(A) to the headboard:
   • Use hardware provided with headboard (NOT INCLUDED)
4. Repeat steps 1-3 to the opposite side of the base.

NOTE: More configurations are possible than shown in the manual.

1. x2 T BRACKTE PLATE – Big
2. x1 T BRACKTE PLATE (straight)
3. x8 5/16 -45L Bolts
4. x12 5/16 Nuts
5. x4 5/16 – 18L Bolts
6. x2 Open-end Wrench

INSTALLATION

1. Install T-bracket (L/R) / T-bracket Plate (Straight)
   Use four 5/16*45 bolts (B) and four nuts (C)
   Secure the T-Bracket Plate (A) to the head end of the bed base frame.
2. Attach the T bracket-Big (E) to the T BRACKTE PLATE(A) using two 5/16*20 bolts(D), with two Nuts(B)
3. Attach the T bracket – PLATE(A) to the headboard using hardware provided with headboard (NOT INCLUDED).
   Repeat steps 1-3 to the opposite side of the base.
