SELECT SIDE OF THE RANGE CART TO MOUNT THE FRAME 

From behind the cart, mount the frame on the same side as your dominant hand. (Install on right side if you are right- handed, or left side if you are left-handed.)

 PREP RANGE CART

1. TOP BAG:
   Release the 6 Velcro wraps from the cart frame. Empty front pocket, push it inward, then lift the bag out of the frame.
2. BOTTOM BAG
   No need to remove. Release only the front corner Velcro on the side you will mount your scabbard.

INSTALL RUBBER SPACER

• Wrap the rubber spacer around the horizontal tube that runs front to back on the cart.
• Secure the spacer with a zip tie at the center. (One extra zip tie is included if repositioning is needed.)

 INSTALL CROSSOVER BRACKET

1. Remove nut and screw from crossover bracket.
2.  Align the two halves of the crossover bracket around the spacer.
3. Insert screw through the bracket from top to bottom.
4. Place nut in bottom of bracket with the collar of the nut in the hole.
5. Using the 5 mm hex key, tighten the screw only enough to hold bracket in place.

Space between rubber spacer and vertical tube should measure:

INSERT 1S”TUBE THROUGH CROSSOVER BRACKET
Slide the 1 S” tube through the crossover bracket. Align the end of the tube with the through hole to the bottom of the square hole on range cart. Snug bracket so the tube’s position can be adjusted if needed.

SECURE BOTTOM OF 1S”TUBE TO THE RANGE CART

• Insert a 2″ screw in the through hole in the tube, a hard spacer, and a rectangular hole in the cart.

• Add washer and nut.

• Tighten with a 9/32″ hex key and wrench.

 INSTAL L 45 ° BRACKET

• Loosen pre-threaded screw and nut on the 45° bracket.
• Position the bracket on the 1511 tube as shown in the diagram below.

• Tighten with 5mm hex key .

INSTALL 10″ TUBE

• Insert 1011 tube into top opening of the 45° bracket.
• Adjust so both the tube and the bracket run parallel to the seat edge.
• Tighten with 5mm hex key.

 INSTALL SCABBARD

1. Detach stabilizer clip from the bottom edge of the scabbard.
2. Wrap the stabilizer strap around the same horizontal tube as the crossover bracket.
3. Thread the buckle around the cart tube, then through the loop in the strap.
4. Pull the end of the buckle through the tube. The loop in the strap and tightened.
5. Slide the scabbard sleeve over the angled
6. Clip the scabbard and stabilizer strap buckles together to secure the scabbard.

REAT TACH RANGE BAGS

1. TOP BAG:
   Place bag back into frame and re-wrap all Velcro wraps except the lower front Velcro on the scabbard side. This Velcro wrap will not be used.
2. BOTTOM BAG:
   Re-wrap the front corner Velcro on the scabbard side.

Slide your gun into the scabbard so that the rear of the trigger guard is covered by the edge of the scabbard. Wrap the strap on the side of the scabbard over the grip or stock of your PCC, clip it to the female buckle on the opposite side of the scabbard. Adjust length of strap so it is tight around your firearm. This will help keep the firearm from sliding out of the scabbard by accident and limit access to the trigger.

If you find the scabbard frame is in your way when not using it we suggest just removing the angled tube and leaving the vertical support tube in place. An easy way to do this is to loosen the screw in the angle bracket just enough to pull the tube out then re-tighten the screw so the bracket will stay in place and won’t fall off. Place the loose tube in a safe place so it will not be lost.

The rain cover has an elastic opening that goes over the stock and grip of your gun then is stretched around the open end of the scabbard. Pull it down as far as your gun stock will allow it. The rain cover is very water resistant but the seams may allow some water through in heavy rain. Use your best judgment if you feel the weather may compromise your firearm.
