- Frame = head (top), sill (bottom with drainage holes), and jambs (left and right sides).
- Check outside face
- Lay pieces on the ground with outside face up.
- The outside face of head and jambs has the narrower track(s) for flyscreens.
- Prepare corners
- Each corner join has a 3m adhesive strip.
- Peel off the tape before assembly so the joints hold in place.

- Line up head, sill, and jambs with outside face up.
- Press corners firmly so the adhesive grips before fixing.

- Use supplied screws to secure each corner.
- Keep corners tight and square; do not overtighten.
- Square up
- Measure diagonally corner to corner; both must match for the frame to be square.


Install Timber Reveals
- Cut the reveal pieces to length
- Head & sill reveals: Cut to frame width + 38 mm (two 19mm reveal fins)
- Jamb reveals: Cut to frame height
- Know the difference between windows and doors
- Windows: Timber reveals and reveal fins go on all four sides (head, sill, and jambs).
- Sliding doors: Timber reveals go on head and jambs only- no sill reveal for doors.
- Position the reveals correctly
- Identify the inside and outside faces of the frame.
- Install one reveal piece at a time, keeping the edges flush with the frame.
- Fix each reveal piece to aluminum fins
- Use staples or timber screws every 450 mm along the length.
- Add extra fixings at least 75 mm from each corner.
- Secure the corners
- Once all sides are fixed, use 65 mm countersunk timber screws through the corners to connect the reveals together.

- Make sure the reveals are square and tight before lifting the frame into the wall opening.


- Put the Frame in the Opening
- Lift the frame into the wall opening. Use packers to keep it straight, level, and square. Fix the frame with the right screws for your wall type (timber, brick, or masonry).

- Add flashing to keep water out. First along the bottom (sill), then up the sides Qambs), and finally along the top (head). Make sure the top overlaps the sides and the sides overlap the bottom.

Door PanelsEach of the Four Panels have a specific design and placement. 0 = Sliding/Opening Panel and X = Fixed Panel
A Panel – Sliding Panel
- A Panel is used in (OX/XO) (OOX/XOO) (XOOX)
- Similar to C Panel with one panel stile projecting, but has cutouts in the frame for installation door handle.
B Panel – Fixed Panel
- B Panel is used in (OX/XO) (OOX/XOO) (XOOX)
- No panel stiles projecting.
C Panel – Sliding Panel
- C Panel is used in (OOX/XOO)
- Similar to A Panel with one panel stile projecting, but has not cutouts in frame for door handle.
D Panel – Fixed Panel
- D Panel is used in (XOOX)
- Two panel stiles projecting.

Install Cover Strips
The cover plate prevents the movement of the fixed sash (or sliding mid sash for a stacker or twin sliding door)
- Determine which cover strip is for each unused track by length.
- Flyscreen cover strips will be narrower.
- Using rubber mallet align and hammer into place.

Install Draft Seals & Rubber Stops
Draft Seal Clips
- Locate draft seal fixing points at the top and bottom of the side of sashes. There will be right and left clips, push into place. Rubber Stoppers
- Rectangular rubber stops are installed inside the sliding door jamb track. Fix one top and one bottom 150mm from top and bottom.
- Sash Stoppers are installed top and bottom of the outside of the each of the sliding sashes,

Fitting the Door Hardware
- Prepare the Handles
- Cut the barrel tongue along the second line from the end ..
- Remove D-Handle cover by removing two screws on side to expose the inner working of the lock.
- Align the Internal & External Handles
- Position the external handle on the door and align the barrel tongue with the internal handle side.
- Fix Handles Together
- Join the external and internal handles using the supplied countersunk bolts and reattach the internal D-handle cover once handles are secured.
- Fit the Striker Plate into Aligned Position
- Postion striker
- Remove the striker cover plate (centre screw).
- Lock the striker place to the intsalled handles to help align striker plate. Close door and mark.
- Secure the striker to the jamb to the marked lines with supplied screws.
- Reattach the striker cover plate with the centre screw.

Sealing and Finishing Your Sliding Door After the window or door frame is installed and fixed plumb and square:
- Internal and External Sealing
- Inspect the gap between the frame and wall framing.
- If the gap is? 6 mm, apply a weatherproof, flexible sealant directly into the joint.
- If the gap is> 6 mm, insert a suitable backer rod to the correct depth before applying the sealant.
- Seal continuously around the entire frame both internally and externally, tooling the sealant smooth for full adhesion.

- Internally: Once sealant has cured, install internal architraves to cover the joint.
- Externally: Fix wall cladding over the sealed joint and flashing to complete the weatherproof envelope.

FINAL INSPECTION & ADJUSTMENTS
- Check panel alignment
- Close the sliding panel slowly until it is nearly touching the jamb but not fully locked.
- From inside, check that the panel edge is straight and even with the jamb from top to bottom.
- Test handle and lock
- While in this position, operate the handle and lock.
- The lock tongue should engage smoothly without forcing the handle.
- . Adjust the sashes if needed
- Use a long 4 mm Allen key through the round cut-out at the bottom of the side jamb on each sash.
- Insert through the cut-out into the roller adjustment screw.
- Turn clockwise to raise the sash, counterclockwise to lower it.
- Adjust until the sash sits evenly with the jamb and slides smoothly.

- ully close and lock the door several times to confirm alignment, smooth sliding, and correct lock operation.
REVERSING THE OPENING DIRECTION OF YOUR SLIDING DOOR

If you want the sliding panel on the opposite side:
- Lay the sliding panel flat before installing.
- Remove the rollers (2 screws each).
- Swap them to the other side of the panel (this becomes the bottom). Remember to orient rollers correctly, with roller adjuster bolt facing out for adjusting sash height and level.
- Lift into sliding sash into place, putting top of sash into the head first then lowering into the bottom track.

- For stacker door repeat on second sash (Panel C)
- After reversing sliding panel continue with step 6 to finish installation

- Clean door tracks every 3 months
- Keep drainage holes clear
- Lubricate rollers with silicone spray once a year
- Do not use oil-based lubricants or pressure washers
