Use this guide to pair your wireless controller with the receiver if they are not already matched or if the original factory pairing has been lost.

Pairing & Installation Guide
- Confirm the winch is installed and working correctly using the wired controller.
- Plug the wireless receiver into the control box’s 4-pin port, replacing the wired remote.
- Disconnect the positive battery cable or winch supply.
- Press and hold the top button of the wireless remote for about 3 seconds until the LED lights.

- Release the buttons—pairing should be complete. If unsuccessful, repeat the steps.

- Use with standard winch safety practices, e.g., avoid standing in line with cable, spool properly, monitor motor temperature, and maintain battery voltage.

ជំហានទី 1 ។ Ensure your winch is installed and functioning correctly using a wired remote control.
ជំហានទី 2 ។ Disconnect the wired remote and plug in the wireless receiver box in its place.
ជំហានទី 3 ។ Disconnect the positive (+) cable from the battery or winch to completely remove power from the receiver.
ជំហានទី 4 ។ Turn on the wireless remote by holding the top button for approximately 3 seconds until the red LED light illuminates. While the red light is on, press and hold both the IN and OUT buttons simultaneously on the remote. Keep holding these buttons until the end of Step 5.
ជំហានទី 5 ។ While still holding IN and OUT on the remote, reconnect the positive (+) cable to the battery or winch within 1.5 seconds of Step 4.
Key Tips & Safety Reminders
- Always ensure the winch clutch is completely disengaged before plugging in any controller, then engaged fully before operation.
- Winch pull strength decreases on subsequent cable layers—plan accordingly.
- Avoid continuous powering; typical limit is 30–60 seconds, followed by a 5–10 minute cooldown to prevent overheating.
- Always use proper gauge cables, secure connections, and include an isolation switch or fuse near the battery.
- Keep clear of the load line, use winch dampeners, and ensure a minimum of five wraps on the drum before heavy loads.
This powers up the receiver and initiates the pairing process.
Pairing Complete. If successful, the remote should now operate the winch normally. If pairing fails, repeat Steps 1–5 carefully.
