The APT-200 keyfob (Smart Keyfob) is used to remotely control the system. The manual
applies to the keyfob used in the BE WAVE system.

Adding the keyfob to the system
Use the Be Wave app / BE WAVE Soft program to add the keyfob to the system (see the manual for the BE WAVE system controller or the BE WAVE Hybrid control panel). When a request to turn on the device will be displayed, press any button on the keyfob.
If you want to add a keyfob that was previously used in another system, you need to restart it first:

Using the keyfob
Assign actions to the keyfob buttons in the Be Wave app / BE WAVE Soft program.
Press a button to start an action. The button backlight will turn ON and all LED indicators will start flashing. The indicators will stop flashing when:
- Transmission from the keyfob is received: there will be 2 beeps (3 beeps if the battery is low) and a flash of: green indicator – action started,
- Red indicator – action not started / no action assigned to the button.
- Transmission from the keyfob has not been received for several seconds: there will be 1 long beep.

- The battery life depends on how the keyfob is used. The more frequently the buttons are pressed, the faster the battery drains.
When the keyfob battery is low:
- the backlight is flashing after you press a key (normally it is ON),
- The keyfob confirms successful transmission with three beeps (normally it is two beeps),
- The Be Wave app will indicate that the battery in the keyfob is low.
- The low battery should be replaced as soon as possible.
