Block Diagram
The block diagram illustrates the ASR-A501's internal architecture. The central Rockchip RK3588 processor, featuring 4x Cortex-A76 cores and 4x Cortex-A55 cores, along with a 6 TOPS NPU, is connected to LPDDR4 memory and eMMC flash storage. Key interfaces accessible via a 120-pin B2B connector include 2x MIPI-CSI (4 lanes each), 2x PCIe 3.0 (1 lane each), 2x USB 2.0, 2x I2C, 1x SPI, and 1x UART. Additional external interfaces include HDMI 2.0, multiple Gigabit Ethernet ports (3x GbE, 1x 2.5GbE), 2x USB 3.0 (one Type-A, one Type-A/OTG), 2x CAN FD, 2x RS-232/485, 2x RS-485, and a Line Out/Mic in audio jack.
