General Safety Warnings
Virtual Reality (VR) Goggles: Use VR goggles with caution. Do not use if tired or sleep-deprived. Take regular breaks (15-30 minutes) after each use. Discontinue use immediately if you experience nausea, fatigue, headache, or dizziness. Consult a medical professional if symptoms persist. A small percentage of individuals may be sensitive to certain visual stimuli, potentially triggering epileptic seizures. If you or your family have a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult a doctor before using VR goggles.
Operational Hazards: [General warning symbol] Warning: Be aware of potential heat development and rotating parts during operation. Adult supervision is required for users under the age of 14.
General Caution: [Caution symbol] Caution: Always read and follow all instructions provided with the product. Failure to adhere to these instructions may lead to injury or product damage.
Battery and Electronic Waste Disposal
WEEE Directive: [Crossed-out wheeled bin symbol] This symbol indicates that batteries, rechargeable batteries, and electrical/electronic equipment must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are legally required to dispose of these items separately.
Proper Disposal: These items can be returned free of charge to municipal collection points or retailers for environmentally sound disposal and recovery of valuable raw materials. Any remaining parts should be disposed of with household waste. Incorrect disposal can release toxic substances into the environment, posing risks to human health and ecosystems.
Battery Handling: Batteries and rechargeable batteries, including those integrated into electrical devices, should be disposed of separately where possible. Dispose of batteries and rechargeable batteries only when they are fully discharged. Prioritize the use of rechargeable batteries over single-use batteries. For lithium-containing batteries and rechargeable batteries, tape the terminals before disposal to prevent external short circuits, which could cause fire or explosion.
Hazardous Material Identification: Batteries containing high levels of harmful substances are marked with specific symbols: Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd).
Regulatory Compliance
CE Marking: The CE mark signifies compliance with relevant EU directives. The full text of the EU Declaration of Conformity (RED 2014/53/EU) is accessible online at www.revell.de.
FCC Statement (USA/Canada): This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. Modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
