Charging Case
The charging case is a compact oval-shaped unit with a lid. It features a USB Type-C fast charge connection port on the rear and an LED indicator on the front to display battery life.
Charging Instructions
Charging the Case
To charge the case, plug in the Type-C cord and connect to a computer or wall charger. When fully charged, the battery life indicator will read 100% (takes about 1.5-2 hours).
Charging the Earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charger. The earbud LEDs will be a solid red when charging. The LEDs will turn off when they are fully charged (takes about 50 minutes - 1 hour).
Earbud Diagram
The earbuds are depicted from the top and side. The top view shows the LED indicator, the multi-function button (labeled for Power On / Calls / Volume / Tracks), and the microphone. The side view shows the charging connectors.
Function Instructions
1) Power On
The earbuds will automatically turn on once removed from the case.
2) Power Off
Earbuds will automatically turn off once you put them back into the case.
3) Pairing a New Device
Remove the earbuds from the case, then place them back in. Remove them again to automatically turn them on. Flashing red and blue LEDs indicate pairing mode. A voice prompt will say "Pairing Mode". On your Bluetooth device list, select "TWDD-BK" to connect. You will hear a voice prompt saying "Connected." Your Bluetooth device will automatically connect in the future.
4) Earbud Controls
- Pause/Play Music: Press the power button on either bud once.
- Volume +: Triple press the power button on the Left bud.
- Volume –: Triple press the power button on the Right Bud.
- New Track: Double press the power button on the Left Bud.
- Previous Track: Double press the power button on Right Bud.
- Take and End Call: Press the power button on either bud once.
- Reject a Call: Press the power button on either bud twice. Music will resume automatically.
5) Solo Mode
You can use either bud separately in solo mode to be aware of your surroundings. Place the unused earbud back into the case; it will turn off while the other remains on.
Warranty Information
Maxell warrants this product to be free from all defects for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. This Warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage due to accident, abnormal use, misuse or neglect. This Warranty only applies to personal and individual use of the product and not for commercial, institutional or any other use. Any defective item will be replaced, at no charge, upon reasonable confirmation by Maxell of its defective condition, if returned with proof of purchase to an authorized Maxell dealer or directly to Maxell Warranty Replacement, 3 Garret Mountain Plaza, Suite 300, Woodland Park, New Jersey 07424. Neither Maxell nor any authorized Maxell dealer shall be liable for consequential damages arising from this Warranty, unless otherwise provided by law.
