The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship on functional parts, for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Keep it in a safe place for future reference. This warranty is subject to personal use only; commercial or rental applications will not be covered.

This product is made with the highest quality materials and is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by the manufacturer, are delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser, or gift recipient. This warranty becomes valid at the time of purchase and terminates either by the specified time frame listed above and/or owner transfer. Any refunds or monetary compensations must be claimed through the place of purchase (retailer), and not through the manufacturer. Any extended warranties (warranties that cover above and beyond this manufacturer warranty) that are sold through a retailer or third party, are not directly correlated with this product's limited warranty, and may be redirected to said retailer or third party for coverage.

This warranty extends through the manufacturer of the product, and covers functional parts only. Cosmetics are not covered, unless unequivocally determined it is a workmanship defect. Shipping damage should be addressed with the shipping company, retailer, or place of purchase, not the manufacturer unless the manufacturer was the direct shipper.

The manufacturer's sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to furnishing the original purchaser replacement parts for units deemed repairable by the supplier's warranty department. The purchaser is responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned, if desired. The purchaser is responsible to prepay any shipping charges (both ways) including, but not limited to taxes and duties. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of manufacturer. The manufacturer reserves the right to change manufacturers of replacement parts or products for use, in order to cover any existing warranty.

The purchaser may be asked to provide the supplier with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase) if requested. Any evidence of alteration, erasing, or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be just cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products, in which the serial number has been defaced or removed are not eligible for warranty coverage.

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, fabrication, misuse, abuse, or repairs, alteration by non-manufacturer authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of the manufacturer. Examples of warranty invalidation may also include, but are not limited to:

The manufacturer shall not be liable for any loss due to use (or misuse) of the product or other incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages without irrefutable foundations. Under no circumstances shall the manufacturer or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above. Specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation.

  6. Do not carry this appliance by supply cord or use cord as a handle.

  11. Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being administered.
  12. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
  13. Temperatures sufficiently high to cause burns may occur regardless of the control setting. Do not use on an infant or invalid or on a sleeping or unconscious person. Do not use on insensitive skin or on a person with poor blood circulation. Check the skin in contact with the heated area of the appliance frequently to reduce the risk of blistering.
  14. Do Not Crush - Avoid sharp folds.
  15. Do not use massager in close proximity to loose clothing or jewelry.
  16. Keep long hair away from massager while in use.
  17. Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only. See Grounding Instructions.
  18. The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the apparatus.
  19. An apparatus with CLASS I construction shall be connected to a MAINS socket outlet with a protective earthing connection.
  20. The appliance coupler is used as the disconnect device; the disconnect device shall remain readily operable.
  21. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  22. If it is not in use for a long time or after use, please turn off the power and pull out the power plug.
  23. Do not damage, break, over-bend, compress, tighten, wind, rotate or knot the power cord.
  24. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Grounding Instructions

This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.

DANGER Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the product - if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

This product is for use on a nominal 120V~ circuit and has a grounding plug that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch A as following illustration. Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.

Preparation Before Use

Move the Chair

Please turn off the main power and unplug the power from the electrical outlet.

Tilt the chair backward as shown in the picture below and wheel it to the desired location.

Please cover the floor with mat when move the massage chair in case of any damage of floor will be made.

Place the Chair

Please make sure that there is an allowance of more than 19.68in behind the massage chair, and more than 19.68in in front of the massage chair to allow the backrest to recline without obstruction during operation.

Install Backrest Pad and Pillow Pad

Installation of manual bracket

Remote Controller Connection

Connect the cable of remote controller with the cable under seat.

Connect power

Plug the power cord into power inlet, turn on the power switch.

Bluetooth pairing

On your phone Bluetooth list, choose the model R8375/R8375BLK to do the pairing, when a sound 'du' is heard, the connection is completed.

Armrest shortcut controls

There are six different automatic massage modes. Select the one you prefer.

Rotation[Rotation Icon]Rotate clockwise [clockwise arrow] to change the massage chair angle to a more horizontal position. Rotate counterclockwise [counterclockwise arrow] to change the massage chair angle to a more vertical position. There are three possible adjustments.
Auto[Auto Icon]Press this button repeatedly to activate one of the automatic program functions. There are 6. The display on the remote will show the program you have chosen.
Pause[Pause Icon]Press this button to pause all massage functions. Press again to resume the massage.
Airbag[Airbag Icon]Press this button to activate or deactivate the massage airbags.
Intensity[Intensity Icon]Press this button to adjust the airbag intensity from levels 1 to 3.
Zero-G[Zero-G Icon]Press repeatedly this button to activate one of the three zero gravity modes.
Back Up[Back Up Icon]Press the backrest down button [down arrow] to lower the backrest. The leg rest will go up at the same time.

USB[USB Icon]You can remove the protective cover (tab) to recharge your phone using a USB cable (not provided).

Voice Control

When the massage chair is turned on or in standby mode, say "Hello Lifesmart" to enable the voice control function. Use the following commands to use the Al voice Control feature:

Troubleshoot

If there is still an abnormality after the following checks, to prevent any accident, please stop using the massage chair immediately. Please unplug the power cord from the outlet and contact with the dealer or the nearby customer service center.

SituationsSolutions
The Massage Chair cannot operate even though it has been connected to the power supply.
  • Check whether the plug is well connected and working well.
  • Check whether the switch on the Massage Chair is turned to position "I".
During operation, the controller is working but not the Massage Chair.The Massage Chair could be overheated after prolonged use. It will automatically cool down to resume its normal condition. Please turn OFF the power and allow the chair to cool down for 30 to 50 minutes.
During operation, both the controller and the Massage Chair are not working.
  • If the set-time in the Timer is complete, please press the timer function again to resume operation.
  • Switch OFF power, and switch ON again to activate the Chair.
