Knight 10 Usage Precautions and Solutions Garbage Dumping
- Air Leakage: This may be caused by component damage or installation issues. We recommend visually inspecting the following areas for air leaks:
1) Check the floor brush bend hose for damage. If so, replace the floor brush.
2) Check for any large gaps between the floor brush and the telescopic tube, and between the telescopic tube and the main unit port. If so, reinstall.
3) Check the dust cup bottom cover for damage or if the seal is lifted and out of place. If so, replace the dust cup. - Airway Blockage: This may be caused by accumulated waste or prolonged use without replacing the HEPA. Check the following areas for blockage:
1) Check the floor brush bend hose for obvious foreign matter.
2) Check the telescopic tube for obvious foreign matter.
3) Check the metal filter for foreign matter or excessive dust accumulation. Remove and clean the filter or tap it.
4) Check the HEPA filter for obvious dust accumulation. If so, replace it. - Host failure: It may be due to a failure of the main motor that does not generate suction or the suction becomes weak, resulting in the inability to suck the garbage into the dust cup. If no problem is found after checking points 1 and 2 above and the fault persists, you need to replace the host to solve the problem.

- The user powered on the device while the power adapter was plugged in; unplugging the power adapter and restarting the device restored normal operation.
- The user powered on the device while the battery pack was accidentally removed; reinstalling the battery pack restored normal operation.
- The controller switch may be malfunctioning; if the display and battery pack indicators respond normally during charging, the device may be faulty. Replace the device first.
- The device and battery pack may be malfunctioning due to abnormal power supply, preventing normal operation. After troubleshooting the above, the battery may be faulty; replace the battery.

- Floor brush not working. Remove the conductive tube and connect the floor brush directly to the main unit to run the machine to see if the problem persists. If there is no problem, replace the conductive tube. If the problem persists, proceed to the next step. Check the terminals connecting the main unit to the telescopic tube for any looseness or disconnection. If there is any obvious looseness or disconnection, replace the main unit. Otherwise, replace the floor brush first.
- The floor brush LED is not working but the roller rotates normally, or the floor brush LED is always on but the roller does not rotate. This may be caused by an internal circuit fault in the floor brush and requires replacement.
- The floor brush is making unusual noises. This could be caused by foreign objects stuck in the floor brush, or deformation of the floor brush roller or other components. Clean the floor brush first. If this does not resolve the problem, replace the floor brush.
- The roller icon on the display is flashing. This could be caused by foreign objects entangled in the floor brush roller; a malfunction in the floor brush motor is causing frequent stuck triggers; or a battery pack malfunction is causing false protection.
1) First, identify and remove the debris. You can have the customer remove the roller and run the machine. If it continues to operate normally, it is indeed entangled and can be cleaned.
2) If the machine still does not operate normally after removing the roller, it is not an entanglement issue and the floor brush should be replaced.
3) If replacing the floor brush does not resolve the issue, the battery pack should be replaced.

- The screen brush jam indicator flashes red, indicating a brush jam alarm. This is usually caused by foreign objects entangled in the rollers. In rare cases, deformation of the brush rollers and the brush slots can cause the structure to become stuck.
1) Clean the rollers and the slots on both sides of the brush to ensure there are no foreign objects entangled or stuck.
2) If the alarm continues to trigger frequently after cleaning, it is recommended to remove the rollers and run the brushes alone to see if the alarm persists. If so, replace the brushes. If the anomaly disappears, replace the rollers first. - The screen channel blockage indicator flashes red, indicating an airway blockage alarm (triggering within 5-30 seconds of powering on). The vacuum cleaner is clogged (possible blockages include the brush channel, telescopic tube channel, dust cup inlet, metal filter, and HEPA filter). It is recommended to visually inspect the following:
1) Check the floor brush bend for visible obstructions;
2) Check the extension tube for visible obstructions;
3) Check the metal filter for foreign objects or excessive dust accumulation. Remove and clean or pat it.
4) Check the HEPA filter for visible dust accumulation; if so, replace it. - If the 188% symbol and the red ambient light flash simultaneously, the user is using the wrong adapter. The user is charging with a non-original adapter. Alternatively, a battery pack chip malfunction may be causing a faulty detection.
1) First, verify through images or videos that the adapter is genuine or has a 31V output. If not, replace the adapter. If so, proceed to the next step.
2) If the adapter is normal, replace the battery pack. - If the screen displays the E2 code, the floor brush and extension tube short circuit protection is in effect. Foreign matter (such as water) is present in the positive and negative terminals of the floor brush or extension tube, causing a short circuit. Alternatively, the internal wiring of the floor brush or extension tube may be shorted. 1) First, remove the telescopic tube and operate the main unit directly using the floor brush and check if the problem persists. If the problem disappears, replace the telescopic tube.
2) If the problem disappears, replace the floor brush. - If the screen displays the E5 code, there is no load protection, the main motor is faulty, or the PWM line is disconnected, and the main unit needs to be replaced.
